Perfect for what we were doing

For the cost and location and for what we were doing, this property worked out well for us. We mainly slept showered and had breakfast in the morning and was gone for most of the day.

If you are looking for a great location near the airport and stores, this will work. Basic no frills unit ( bring a pillow if you need more head surport ), served it's purpose for sleep, showering and a full kitchen. Host was responsive and check-in went well.

The property description is understated, particularly as it relates to the community where the property is located. 1. 2 bd, 2 bath with a living room sofa that accommodates another 2 people if needed.2. Very clean and meets all basic needs including fully stocked kitchen and renovated bathrooms.3. Pet friendly (with fee), including plenty of areas externally to walk your dogs.4. Quality / Price ratio is extremely high here, particularly if you are not shopping higher end () properties. 5. The property sits in a gate-controlled golf course-type development (homes and condos). Creates an inviting environment to get outdoors to run through the development, workout in the clubhouse fitness center and spend time in the pool. All is well-maintained.6. Host is readily accessible for all questions.7. Location is slightly east of town, which is away from the Disney and downtown madness, yet easily accessible by an east-west tollway. Downtown is approximately 15 mins.All in all, I recommend the property and the owners for a great VRBO experience!

It was a business trip to Orlando. I thought a business associate would meet me for work and so the two bedroom two bath apartment was a cost savings. However, my business associate was not able to stay with me. I’m a light sleeper. Monday night, people in the apartment downstairs were talking loud outside at midnight. The water line connected to the toilet at the master bedroom was running on and off. I didn’t get much sleep that first night. There was very little furniture in the apartment. Most places I stay have a Keurig coffee maker. Not at this one. I wouldn’t take my family to this apartment. I made a mistake and next time I’ll use some of the nice hotels in the area. Other than that, I guess it’s OK.
