I had a wonderful stay at Jowene’s studio ADU. It is less than a mile and very walkable to downtown Austin where I attended a medical conference at one of the hotels. The place is very clean and modern with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Host is very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jowene!

Excellent location; close to 6th street & downtown. Clean room; all appliances work. Bed is very soft if you need a firm mattress. Laundry room unavailable during visit. Very well lit main room; however, no night stand light for reading in bed. Excellent value for the money
There are 3 units on the property & the Laundry room is used for a storage area for the cleaning service.

Great Location, nice small house/cabin

Clean, well-furnished, but small cabin in back yard of a neighborhood in the shadow of downtown Austin. Perfect location. The only shortcoming is a sink that serves as a bathroom and kitchen sink.
