The property was great! Big enough for our group to each have their own bed plus some and the communication with the host was great. He was very accommodating to us and our group which I appreciate so much. Our biggest issue was that it looked really dirty, and there were dead bugs in the rooms. The carpet needs a good vacuum and shampoo too as it looks dirty.

Fun Family Time

Our family of 24 stayed comfortably here in July. The older kids loved the game room and we loved the spaciousness of the house and plenty of room to spread out.

Great family getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 16 . I especially appreciated the large table for all of us to eat together. We had plenty of room, a huge deck and a great outdoor space behind the house with swings, play equipment and room for kickball. Lots of restaurants, shops and walking trails nearby to enjoy.

Great House, Great Location!

David was the best host! He was present at all times for anything we would need. The house was clean with many bedrooms for our groups' needs. The location was perfect, just a couple miles from 24. It is surrounded by many restaurants and activities for teenagers. If I come back with another school group, I would definitely stay again!

Nice neighborhood, nice house

Nice neighborhood, nice house. The owner stated he lives below the garage which is attached to the house. This was not explained in the property description. Though it isn’t really a problem, at least for my group of 10 people, it may play into the decision to plan a vacation. The house and rooms are nice and the rental process was very easy. Murfreesboro has plenty of fun things to do! I would definitely rent this house again.

Great family time

The house is roomy and very comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect. The big deck and yard that flows into the school yard provided a perfect place for the six children to be entertained..Many memories were made.

Why they chose this property

This is a great quiet neighborhood with wide streets and a school right behind my home. It is very close to grocery stores, Sam's, Costco and lots of restaurants as well as I-24 and I-840. 30 minutes drive to downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

What makes this property unique

The house is very spacious with lots of room to spread out. The dining table will seat 14 people. The Wifi is super fast. The game room features a pool table and ping pong and there is an full sized electric piano in the living room.
