Was perfect for our group & needs. Was terribly hot & humid while we were there so the window air in the one bedroom had a hard time of helping to cool the house. The West side rooms were unbearable until sundown. Loved having the screened in porch, pool & our 4 yr old LOVED the swing set! Would say that something different besides peeling paint on pool deck would be a wonderful addition! Thanks for the stay!!

So glad the space worked well for your group, and it sounds like the screened-in porch, pool, and swing set were a hit with your little one! We appreciate the feedback on the heat this summer. Keeping exterior doors closed helps the window A/C in that one bedroom keep up, and closing blinds on the west side really helps those rooms stay cooler until sundown during extreme heat. We're sorry about the peeling paint on the pool deck; it was redone last summer but the high heat this year caused some issues, and we plan to have it addressed once temperatures cool down. Thanks for staying with us and sharing your experience!

It was pretty run down. Very little bedding. Animal hair covered a lot of the furniture.

Pleasant stay

Everything was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe as well as convenient to anything you could possibly want/need. It was great to be able to sit by the pool and read a book.

Terrible! We had to clean the bathroom tub in order to use it and there are no plugs for the tubs (so the children could take baths). No bedding on any beds (none found anywhere), only fitted sheet, pillow cases, and a thin quilt on each bed. No toiletries other than hand soap. All the walls are gray and the only decorations are in the den & kitchen. It's looking run down and the siding has melted in the back of the house. For the price, it's unacceptable (especially the to-do list given for check out!). You're better off staying at a hotel because this rental isn't worth your hard earned money. No response from the owner after both the rental company and I attempted to reach them.

From the outside you may wonder, but the inside is remodeled and very nice. The decor is basic but met our needs. We rented here because of the pool for the kids and that was perfect.

Sunrise coffee on the porch

This was an amazing short term stay while our home was being worked on . We are not super fancy people but we did not want to stay in a dump either . This was perfect ! Our pups loved the back yard .

The pool was the best thing except for the cool weather. Kitchen could use access to hot water. Bathroom in laundry room needed a shower door so the shower curtain didn't attack you. Needed to be a little more homey(lamps, pictures, rug under coffee table)

Great time

Every description was spot on, had no issues and the home is in a beautiful area! Part of why we chose this home was because it had a pool so when we arrived and noticed it had been closed we were a little disappointed but we are from michigan and arent use to 80 degree weather in october . The stay was very nice i would recommend it to others highly!

Nice quiet neighborhood

We stayed so we could get together with family for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Full kitchen allowed us to cook Thanksgiving dinner.Weather was cooler so we didn’t spend time outside but backyard was nice.

Family Vacation

The home was immaculate, but we needed more towels and blankets; it was chilly there. The pool is a nice bonus, but it and the screen porch need repairs. Overall my family had a good time. The host is very responsive and kind.
