He hired an architect to design the house which features open spaces, a high living room ceiling, a playroom with a slide, and many other great features. Why they chose this property
We love Rockwall and Chandlers Landing and decided this is where we would build our dreamhouse in 1994. My husband Sandy Petersen is a world-renowned game designer and we built this home to accommodate us, our five children, and lots of collections--books, boardgames, role-playing games, movies, and miniature figures.
What makes this property unique
Our home is unique because it was designed by a contemporary architect. We lived there for 30 years where we made many happy memories.
