Beautiful 8-bedroom house Sleeps 24 in Santa Rosa Beach. Private Pool & Hot Tub

Near two county beach accesses with parking and ramp, plus deeded beach rights to Gulf Shore Manor private beaches. Beach access is not a problem. We have chairs you can use for free or chair vendors are available for reservation. Parking for 5 vehicles.
Elm by the Sea is a beautifully remodeled coastal charmer. Includes both the main house and guest house, 8 bedrooms + 6 1/2 baths. Master bath remodeled March 2024. Two full kitchens. A private heated pool with hot tub, firepit, grill and ping pong are rivaled only by the turquoise water of nearby Seagrove beach. A 6 person golf cart is available for rental and at least ten beach cruisers. A quick jaunt down 30a takes you to the Seaside town center with all its wonderful food trucks or enjoy the easy beach access just down the street (San Juan).
The main house has soaring pine covered vaulted ceilings and a huge screened porch. Three suites in the main house each have a full ensuite bath. A large bunk room (4 queens) and a smaller game room with two twin bunks share a 3/4 bath. The guest home features a primary bedroom with ensuite bath, a smaller bedroom with queen bed, and a cute little bunk room with two twins as well as another full kitchen and family room.
You'll have access to both homes, and a beautiful private backyard with outdoor dining, ping pong, grill, pool, hot tub and a firepit. Bikes and a golf cart are onsite (golf cart by separate rental agreement at $150 a day).
Located in Old Seagrove, just down the street from Seaside. Easy beach access, a plethora of restaurants. We are located a couple blocks north of 30A and have plenty of parking (5 spots). Amazing backyard with a private pool, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor dining, ping pong, and much more.
It's an easy walk to the beach but we also have at least ten bicycles for your use and a 6 passenger golf cart (a separate rental agreement and deposit is required; it is $150 a day to use).
Disclosures:
To keep an eye on the golf cart, yard and pool maintenance we do have security cameras at the doorbell, front, back of main house, and on the backyard pool area. These are on 24/7 and record activity, but if you would like any of these deactivated during your stay please let us know in advance. There are not any cameras inside.
Please note that if a security deposit is mentioned it is simply a hold placed on your card at check-in and released a few days after checkout. It will not show up on your card as a charge or as a refund.
The home is smoke free and pet free. Any smoking or pets will result in an additional $1500 fee for deep cleaning plus any additional damages.
Local regulations and our insurance policy require a rental agreement which will be sent via Docusign. We require a copy of your government issued ID at time of booking.

We are excited to offer this amazing property. We love the beach and we want to share our beautiful home with people who appreciate and love the beach.
