The house was very clean and had great space for our family and was supplied with all the basic needs! Air conditioner worked well! However the yard was disappointing. The weeds were high all around the edges of the property and around the front door. The grass was long and did get mowed while we were there which left big clumps of grass around. And the previous renters garbage sat in the alley way overflowing until it was picked up on Monday. It had been there since we arrived on Saturday.

My name is Trish! I am a health care worker and I have 3 kids! We love Clear Lake and all it has to offer. It is a very close knit, family oriented community with great food, lots of activities, and plenty to do for anyone!

Why they chose this property

This is a VERY good location! It is right off of Highway 18 and close to downtown. It is easy to walk to City Beach, City Park, the movie theater, the Surf Ballroom, etc., but far enough away to stay out of the traffic for big events!

What makes this property unique

The home has Trimlight on it, which adds an extra security measure and is also fun for the holidays!
