This newly remodeled and completely updated four bedroom, four bathroom, window-lined house near Surfside Beach is perfect for your beach escape. With 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 1 twin bed and 1 twin sized sofa bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. This one of a kind house is perfectly situated on a double-lot in the Seahorse Estates subdivision on Follet's Island, allowing a wider expanse of picturesque views of the glistening shore.

A huge plus for this particular home is the rental fee includes Concierge Services provided by Seahorse Beach Club & Residences.

These services include daily setup of a cabana with 6 chairs on the beach which will guarantee your personal paradise on the beach. You will also have all day and night access to the Seahorse Estates private fishing and crabbing piers - the fishing pier is lit at night as a bonus! The concierge services gives you access to the overflow parking lot as well.

It has everything you need for the perfect vacation. This single story beach house has an elevator for your groceries and suitcases or for those who need a little help up the stairs.

Enjoy the convenience of fast speed WiFi, a large washer and dryer, A/C, heating, outside grill and walk-around covered deck. To keep you well stocked and prepared for the bountiful feasts you'll enjoy, the house comes equipped with a large dining table, extra bar seating, and outdoor dining tables, as well as two fridge/freezers and a double oven so you can conveniently cook and entertain. Like coffee? We offer three types of coffee machines for the coffee aficionado. All kitchen appliances are brand new.

Did we mention the wrap around covered deck? The deck is fully furnished so you can recline in the shade while you breathe in the refreshing ocean breeze.

The master bathroom features a soothing jetted tub and spacious walk-in shower.

Wonderful Home

This rental was the perfect spot for our family that was gathered for a wedding. The home met all our needs and more. The hosts were amazing. Our favorite part was the cabana set up on the beach so we could enjoy the warm water and waves! Look forward to booking again in the future.

Beautiful house and view. The house was well designed and could easily accommodate large groups. Thought and care was taken to make sure that everyone can enjoy themselves. There were plenty of beach towels to enjoy at the cabana, extra fridge and plenty of prep space, and comfortable chairs in front of the TV. The best views of the beach and the fireworks were from the porch. The primary was huge. The elevator made things more accessible for my bad knee and taking luggage up much easier. The bunk room was cute, my husband had bunkbed envy. The host were wonderful, thank you so much for a great time.
