Welcome to Winston and Waffles! This stylish house is located just minutes from downtown, the airport, and all the best entertainment the city has to offer. You will love this recently remodeled 4 bedroom/3 bathroom/single level-home that offers cozy bedrooms, and open living room, fenced in backyard, personal driveway, and all of the amenities you could ask for. Come stay with us and you will feel right at home!

This home has been recently renovated, and is perfect for vacations, business trips, family event, and anything else that would bring you to the Magic City! This is a house for both large and small parties to enjoy together. The house is a single level home that features TV's in every bedroom, a spacious dining room (and table), a cozy living room, and all the amenities to make your stay feel like home!

The backyard has its own patio (uncovered), gas grill, smoker grill with prep table, fireplace, and is completely fenced in for your family and pets to play in!

Guests have access to the whole house, yard, and everything on the property!

-No Smoking allowed!

-Quiet hours after 9 pm--strictly enforced

-2 Pets Maximum- Dogs or Cats less than 60 LBS

-No Pets allowed on the furniture (for cleaning purposes)

-Clean pet waste (in a bag) and place in the garbage can

The home was really cute with lots of spaces where we could divide up and play games or watch tv. We were around 15 mins from most things we did in town. Beds were good size and rather firm. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and appliances we needed.

We had a great stay in Bham. The house worked out well for us to get to all the spots we wanted to check out. The house was comfortable for five adults with space to stretch out. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The house was clean and well maintained. Our dog seemed to enjoy his stay as well. Nick kept in contact with us and made sure that we knew he was there if we needed anything. It was a pleasant experience!

The space was larger than it appeared to me online. I was able to make our Christmas feast with the available bowls, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The conveniences of hand towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods were appreciated. Games were available to play in front of the gas fireplace. It was great that our pup was able to snuggle on the floor next to us as we watched our favorite Christmas movie. Quiet neighborhood, good for walks or runs…. and a washer/dryer with laundry pods for the running clothes. Great place! The owners were very available, though we didn’t need to call since everything was covered.

Awesome spacious home!

This was a great home for a big family or group visit. The amenities were great. Very comfortable in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to all the places we wanted to visit. It would definitely be a place of chose should we have to visit again. Great host, timely response!

Perfect layout for 2 families

The house was exactly as described. It was perfect for 2 families with teens. The smaller bedroom was used by the teens for their “gaming room” which worked out great!The backyard was perfect for bbq and grilling at night.

Delightful Birmingham Getaway

My family and I stayed here for a weekend birthday trip. Pros:There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. This includes places to sleep, places to sit in the living room, and room for all of us to eat in the dining room. There are three bathrooms which was perfect for our bigger family. The backyard is just as beautiful as the pictures and it worked out perfectly that the weather was nice the entire time. There were plenty of cookware so we utilized the beautiful kitchen. The refrigerator is really large so it can hold plenty of food. The kitchen has a waffle machine, toaster, and Keurig which we used each morning. The house even comes with a washer and dryer to wash your clothes before traveling back home. The owners are extremely helpful. We contacted them once about the cable and they quickly responded to help us sign into the account.Cons: These cons were only specific to my family. For most people, they won’t apply so this house will fit you perfectly. Sharing incase your family is similar to mine. My family consisted of mostly people over the age of 60 who struggle with mobility. The outside steps into the kitchen doesn’t have a rail which makes it harder to enter. The front door steps do have a rail that can be used instead, but there are more steps here. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms has a higher toilet, but the others are low. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Why they chose this property

Crestwood South is the lovely neighborhood I grew up in. It is rich with great people, and is incredibly located. It is centrally located next to shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and parks. It is located just minutes from Downton Birmingham, Avondale Entertainment District, Birmingham Shuttlesworth Airport, and Interstate 20. It is a peaceful oasis with easy access to the metro area!
