We loved our stay here in this beautiful cottage. It was clean, well maintained, soft comfy bed, very quiet neighborhood. Great host! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend !
We had plans to cross a bucket list item off the list on a 50th birthday celebratory weekend.Unfortunately Mother Nature had a torrential rain planned for our Rock City Gardens plan. This rain gave us an opportunity to spend quality time in the cottage. We grabbed a Breakfast Burrito and settled down in the cottage to binge a few episodes of Downton Abbey while waiting for the rain to subside. This cottage is amazing. Looks like a recently renovated old home. The wood work, the gold floor grates, the olden doors with their beautiful recessed hinges and glass door knobs, the spacious shower, the wood flooring, all done to perfection. Check out the pictures on the walls showing a bit of the history of this home. The cottage is equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. I am not a kitchen person but my daughter is and said over and over she wished we had time to cook in the beautiful kitchen. My attention is usually towards a good shower and a good night's sleep on a comfortable mattress. I give both a solid 10!We were able to visit Rock City Gardens the next day- 48 degrees but worth the visit. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here.2 places to eat that we recommend without reservation - Little Coyote and the Food Truck parked next door to the Hot Chocolatier. If you go to Little Coyote, Tahlia was a great server! Food was great. Breakfast Burritos at the Food Truck were huge/delicious!Thank you, Joshua!
