The only thing I would fix is the bed was to hard for us but other than that it was a relaxing anniversary here would recommend for honeymoon or new couples

I am so pleased with my stay! Everything was so nice and fresh and clean. The owner was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely comfortable. I appreciate that they were respectful of my privacy but readily available if I needed anything. I hope I have the opportunity to visit again. I highly recommend this house to others looking to stay in or around Chattanooga and the owners are a delightful bonus.

Overall good! Super nice design of the house! It is completely upstairs (which is fine, but we have small kids and some guests would probably prefer to know that). The house has an aggressive curb to get into the driveway (so pull in VERY slowly). Definitely recommend a rubber curb ramp. Contrary to the listing though, toys/games and shampoo wasn’t provided. We liked it a lot and it was great for a getaway!

Exactly what you want in your vrbo experience!

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and it was so appreciated! They quickly responded to any of my questions about the area, suggestions on things to do in town, and even an item I needed. The rental itself was very cozy, clean, updated, and a very relaxing place to arrive to after a long roadtrip. Perfect and private place to stay. 10/10 reccomend! Thank you again!!

Mini vacation

Property was beautiful, sleeping quarters top notch. Furniture converted to singlevand queen size bed. All beds comfortable. Linens and towels were high quality. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable! Would recommend to all. If we travel to Chattanooga again we would stay with them again!

Chattanooga

Place was new and clean. Convenient to the things we wanted to do. No unregistered guests were allowed. We have friends nearby. Not allowed to park in garage. Has stairs to climb if that is a game changer for future guests.

We arrived at 1:00 am in the morning of Christmas Eve and didn't have coffee available in the morning. I think the host should rethink providing it.

Great getaway

Would given this 5 stars as everything else was perfect, but it was pretty warm especially at night with no way to turn the air down. It was set at 75 the entire time in the middle of the summer.

Hello Candice. Thank you so much for staying with us and for your kind review. My apologies for your discomfort with regards to the temperature. I attempted to communicate to you to reach out to us if there was anything you needed. We control the thermostat remotely so if you needed it to be cooler, you simply needed to send me a message and I could change it for. My apologies for not communicating that more clearly. We monitored the temperature to make sure that the unit is continuously operating at maximum efficiency, but your comfort is priority. Should you choose to stay with us in the future, I’ll make sure to reach out to you prior to your state and make sure we agree on the temperature that’s comfortable for you.

Hidden Gem

This property was exactly what I needed. I needed to be close to the airport for some training and being 8 minutes away it was perfect. Everything I needed was there. Washer/Dryer, kitchen, and even a desk area for my laptop. Spent my downtime studying so the quiet area was perfect. It has a great walk in shower and the entire property was sparkling clean when I got there. The property owner was great and made sure that I had everything I needed and the property was as expected. Thanks for the great stay!

Chris, thank you for allowing us to host you and for making time for us to get to know you better. It’s not often that we have interaction with guests but you went the extra mile to communicate with us and show kindness by leaving our place in tiptop shape. We hope that you will consider staying with us the next time you come to Chattanooga. Hope you made it home safely. Thanks again for the privilege of allowing us to serve you.

The property is very cute, roomy for 2 people, and has great parking. They were responsive to communication and it was spotless. It was in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. I would give it 9/10 overall, only because of the bed. It's against the wall on one side and hard to get in and out of, and very firm. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown or Hamilton Place shopping/dining. We even saw chipmunks in the yard!

The property was in a very quiet cul-de-sac. However, no mountain view, just the roofs of other houses. House was very clean upon our arrival. However, a few more "needed" items would be very useful and appreciative; such as maybe 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper; garbage can liners and or garbage bags. Also, maybe small coffee packets of coffee. It didn't make sense to have sugar packets on the counter with nothing to use it in. All in all a nice place for a quick stay!

Great Get Away

Property is just as described. It's a lovely and a very comfortable space. The bed was super comfortable. I am used to a king bed but this bed was not an issue. Great mattress, pillows and sheets. Extremely clean and the decor is perfect. The space is well maintained and has all of the comforts of home. They don't supply shower items so you will need to bring your own but they do have a hair dryer, all the needs for the kitchen (bring your own coffee for a normal brewer as it is not Keurig), they have an ironing board and iron should you need it and if you missed something you might need, there is a Dollar General about 1/2 mile away. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and close to most anything in the Chattanooga area. Ruby Falls, Lookout Mtn., The Zoo, the Railway and downtown. Really an ideal location. We will be back for sure.
