Our properties are centrally located in Niagara Falls & Lewiston NY. We take pride in maintaining our vintage homes and love making people feel comfortable, taken care of, and providing a relaxing experience while promoting our local nature & beauty. The wildly majestic Niagara Falls is truly enchanting. There are many gorgeous areas & activitesto explore on land and water. Winery, hiking, kayaking and Jet Boat tours just to name a few.

The location is great. Walking distance to Niagara Falls NY State Parks and the bridge to Canada. Our lot size allows for raised garden beds and plenty of space for dining, entertaining outside and free parking. RV parking welcome !

Our lot size sets us apart as well as lots of space for parking & outdoor relaxing / entertaining. Our location is also special. The bedrooms are a nice size and families comment how comfortable and cozy the house feels. Offering the outdoor Yurt tent is also a unique amenity
