Cozy child-friendly 3-bedroom self-catering villa with a private pool at Meloneras. This house has everything what one needs and wishes for his holiday. It is situated in the posh part of Gran Canaria called Meloneras, with all the 5 star hotels as Costa Meloneras, Riu Palace or Lopesan Villa Del Conde just few minutes walk away. Pharmacy, hospital, bus station, shops, bars restaurants, spa or beaches, everything in a waking distance, no car needed. The house itself consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, utility space, and private garden with a private pool which position allows you to have sun until late afternoon to give you more time to enjoy the pool and the garden. Private and spacious garage will make the parking easy.
To furnish this unique holiday property we used only high quality materials as well as specially designed parts of furniture, the rooms have proper wooden floor and a big water boiler should provide you with enough hot water for all family. My intention, as an owner is to create a homelike feeling for everybody to enjoy the holiday.
Our house is highly recommended for golf lovers, as golf course Meloneras is just round the corner and another few golf courses within few minutes drive, but definitely, it is a dream house for those who search for beach, relax, comfort and high quality holiday. We offer you comfort and peaceful environment in the middle of the famous touristic zone Meloneras.
Cot and high chair are available upon request with no extra charge.
Bedlinen is being changed free of charge every 7 nights. Pets are allowed with previous request and permission of the owner, when booking.

Wonderful Melonares

Property is beautiful. The property agent, Marianka couldn’t have better. Lovely sized pool and air con properly throughout the villa. Comfy beds. Sea front and loads of fab restaurants and bars just 15 mins walk. A beautiful safe, relaxing place to stay. 2nd time here, can’t wait to Make it 3!!

Great Stay

We have a great 7 night stay at Villa Meloneras. Loved this villa. Great location, quiet enough but close to everything. No car required. Large supermarket 15min walk; Beach 10mins; shops and restaurants 10/15mins.Great pre stay communication and check in with Marianka. An additional router for the WIFI was much appreciated from Marianka and supported all our needs.We hope to stay here again

Excellent Villa, great location

Everything about the villa met our expectations. We have stayed in Meloneras many times and this is probably he best property we have chosen. In a good location (10 mins walk to most good restaurants, bars and the waterfront). It is an excellent villa, well maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. It might be a little cramped round the pool if 6 adults were to stay, although the villa itself is spacious. All in all I would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves.

A lovely villa, equipped with everything you could need. One king and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs plus downstairs loo. Lovely sunny aspect with sunshade when needed. Quiet spot but only 10 mins walk (if that) to the sea front. Loads of lovely restaurants in Meloneras and Meloneras beach. Supermarkets nearby. We had hired a car but you could get everything you needed without one. Many thanks for your hospitality Salvador!
