Our second stay at this location. Backyard is perfect for our pups (fully fenced). We will definitely stay again.

Hi Benjamin, thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the wraparound deck and fire pit, and that you had a great overall stay. We truly appreciate you choosing our home and hope to welcome you back again soon!
The property was spacious and clean. It has the ambience of a cabin in the forest in a small community. There were plenty of amenities to keep the family busy or just relaxing in the hot tub or on the front deck. They could use some updated kitchen cooking utensils and dish rags for wiping down the countertops but other than that it was a wonderful home away from home.
Wonderful location. Parking was great, plenty of room. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the property. There were wet towels and sheets in the dryer upon arrival. There were ants on the kitchen counters and we found someone’s shorts under the couch in the main living room. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Backyard is not as private as we expected but was fenced in. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit table but both were nice to have. Overall it was a nice property and communication from the property management company was great. I would recommend looking into another cleaning crew for the home.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The property was great for our family and friends for a few days. Great location in the trees and the hot tub and games in the basement were perfect. The only complaint is the management company. We were driving up from Scottsdale and we called the management company in the morning to see if we could get an early check in. We had to leave a message and they called back two hours later. They said there would be a 50 fee to check in early so we said don't worry about it. They then said we could check in a little bit early for no charge if the cleaning crew was done and to call back at 3:00. We had waited two hours for a call back previously and we told them that so they said they would call us back at 3:00. They never did. Aside from that and a lack of paper towels, it was a great stay!

Thanks so much for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you and your group enjoyed the home, the location, and the amenities!
We’re sorry if communication about the early check-in wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and will share this with our team to improve moving forward.
Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again soon!
This is a great house in a lovely neighborhood. It's close to downtown and the freeways, and the national forest trails are less than a mile away. Neighbors are friendly and the weather was perfect (coming from Phoenix to get out of the heat). Williams and the coaster and the deer park are about 30 minutes away (great fun for the littles) and Wupatki National Monument is less than an hour away. The house has plenty of sleeping space with 5 beds upstairs, a pull-out couch downstairs and a king bed on the main floor in the master bedroom, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Also, there's a Basha's and Walmart within walking distance! This house is a great find in the summer. It would also be wonderful for skiers, in the winter, as it's less than 30 minutes from SnowBowl, and has a gas fireplace for getting cozy when you get off the slopes! I highly recommend it!
The home was great - the little kids especially liked the fenced in back yard to play. We also liked how close it was to Flagstaff and many things to do there. Thank you for a great time!
