Family Vacation.

Fantastic accommodations and super-fast communication! We loved the roomy house and the lake, especially at sunset. My family enjoyed it.

Great house and great host! The house was great and in a wonderful location, right on the lake! Close to stores and restaurants, but very quiet. The beds are insanely comfortable and the house had everything you could need. My husband and I stayed with our three kids and we had a great time. Our host provided us with all of the details we needed and was quick to respond to me, would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in Lynnwood, WA

We just finished a wonderful vacation in Lynnwood, WA, and this property was a major reason. It provided all the room we needed, and every amenity was taken care of. The lake view was a wonderful thing to wake up to every morning. Allen was very helpful and always quick to respond anytime we had a question about anything. If you're thinking about booking this property, do it, you won't regret it!

This is a wonderful home and a great place to host a group gathering. The pool table was fun. Hot water in was nice. There were not enough towels, but the management company responded quickly and had some delivered the first day. Owner/management company was very responsive and attentive. Would definitely stay again when the weather is nicer and we can enjoy the lake a little more.

In general the property was great!The lake is serene and calming. They have a cute little dock and a little paddle boat. The pictures of the house are accurate and do it justice. There's lots of room inside and it isn't one of those photography tricks where the rooms look big but aren't – they are big! It made for a great larger-family trip and created memories we will cherish. Also they have a great garden which was great for the kids to wonder and play.We had a large crew with us of 5 adults and 3 kids so each room was utilized. With that being said there were a few downfalls to the property. They had less than one white towel for each of us to shower with, they had no floor towels to put down. They also had no additional blanks, no outdoor throws for the evening. Being it is a lake house I would expect these things.Unfortunately the hot-tub being one of the key marketed features was not clean upon arrival. There was dirt all over the bottom of it and had an 'off' smell. Having reached out to the management team of this house, they said they would send someone to clean and bring towels but did not actually follow through with anything. Also it feels previous visitors had not been there for a while as the outside had tons of cob-webs. The overall outside deck an furniture needs a serious cleaning (even with a blower would be great). With all that being said, the spacious clean house itself was amazing and we will likely come back again in the future.
