The house was new and very clean. Great location. The steps to get in the house and the steps in the house are very steep. The elevator was not available for us. In addition, to have the pool heated they were charging 130.00 a day which in my opinion is ridiculous. The heater was not even operable and they did refund our money. The pet deposit is also non-refundable. Little to no cooking utensils if you plan to cook. For the amount of money we paid for the week (especially during a holiday) the home couldOf had more simple amenities for guest use.
