Very communicative and flexible with our check in time, and readily came to drop off some needed items. Kitchen was well equipped, especially with lots of Tupperware which were much appreciated. AC unit was quite loud and the second bedroom remained warm even with ceiling fan and multiple standing fans, but otherwise very comfortable stay with great host.

We stayed here for 5 days and had a terrific time. The condo is ideally situated 5 minutes from charlie young beach which is the best beach in maui. The unit was clean, well stocked and we had an excellent host. Would highly recommend.

Great location...close to everything you'll need!

Location is everything and this place is walkable to what we needed. Lanai overlooking pool is nice. Construction noise next door was manageable and wont last forever. We'd stay here again!

Solid stay

Property is as advertised. Hosts were very good. Decent pool great hot tub. Condo is a little dark and furniture could be upgraded. Kitchen was adequately equipped but would like to see an air fryer to save on heat from the oven then running the air conditioner. Location is good and grounds are well cared for.

We love this area, beach right across the street, 10 minute at most. This condo unit had all beach stuff for us. Fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this property and very good communication with owner. Oh and balcony great view of pool. Thank you

We stayed at this condo 6/8-6/13/25. The parking was easy and assigned spot close to stairs(there is also an elevator) the condo was clean and served all of our needs. The condo comes supplied with a few days worth of garbage bags, TP, paper towels, etc. Its kitchen has everything you would pause during a vacation. This condo faces the pool, which we all enjoyed and it was well maintained and clean, as were the entire grounds. We enjoyed Hawaiian coffee on the lanai each morning while listening to the native birds sing. We were in Maui celebrating our two 18th granddaughters birthdays and graduating high school. The place was perfect as it had one bedroom with 2 twin beds and the master had a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and the layout was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place!

This place was perfect for myself and my 2 teen granddaughters. Everyone had their own space/bed and having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. It was a quick walk to the beach and local places to shop and eat. Nice neighborhood. Calm, relaxing and generally quiet (there was construction going on next door, but it was not horrible). I would definitely stay here again. Only downside, the hot tub was not working. But the hot tub and pool area were clean - small, but very well kept. Nice neighbors! Friendly.

Good location but needs updating

Overall a good location and nice property. Both bathrooms had plumbing issues that were fixed during the stay. Overall needed some preventative maintenance including shower doors. Bed was lumpy/uncomfortable. Good communication from owner to help address the plumbing issue.

Family Vacation

The owner Gabriella was great. She answered all the questions I had and helped with Covid related questions and gave ideals on activities on the island. The unit faces the pool and the unit is about a block from the beach. The unit also is about 1/2 mile either direction to restaurants and Bars. The unit was clean and everybody was friendly including the neighbors cat(we loved seeing the cat). There is a grocery cart by the elevator making it easy to bring groceries upstairs as Walmart was out of bags. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go back we will book again as this is a great location.

Nice and clean condo very conveniently located

We stayed at this condo 10 nights at the end of March beginning of April and really enjoyed it. Inside it is clean and looks upgraded. Kitchen has nice flat top stove, upgraded counter tops, quiet dishwasher and the fridge. Since we cooked our meals having full kitchen was essential. We stayed with 2 kids and 2 bathrooms really helped to avoid morning/afternoon lineups. Also, washer and dryer helped to keep our kids clothes clean with minimum efforts. Having an air conditioner helped a lot to keep the condo cool since the temperature inside at the end of the day can easily clime to mid 80s at the end of the day. From the lanai you can see the ocean and the pool which was just steps away from the condo. Been close to the Charlie Young beach was also very convenient since we did not have to drive and could simply go and swim and not to worry about your money or car keys. In fact the whole area is very quiet and welcoming. The location is close to Foodland where we bought most of our food or beverages. Having no bugs or ants in the condo was also a present surprise. Every other condos we stayed in tropics we had some kind of encounters with bugs or termites but not this condo. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this condo to anyone that appreciate quiet and laid back vacation.

Sehr schöne Tage

Wir waren als 5er Familie in der Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet ind hat eine gute Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Direkt nebenan wird allerdings gerade ein großes neues Gebäude errichtet, und zwischen 7 und 16 Uhr hat man das Gefühl, mitten auf der Baustelle zu sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört, weil wir durch die Zeitumstellung früh wach waren und tagsüber Touren gemacht haben.

Great location

It's hard to find a somewhat affordable condo that is set up for two friends who want their own bedrooms. This was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ocean view from balcony and easy walking to beaches, food trucks, Kalama Park and shops, restaurants, etc. This was so much better than those rows of hotels in Lahaina / Kaanapali or even Wailea. Great access to highway for upcountry, Pa'ia and Hana. Condo had everything we needed.

We had a very nice stay at this condo. It had everything our family of five needed for our vacation. There were a few termite like bugs in the hall bathroom, but we just brushed them away when they appeared. overall, it was a great place for the price.
