This newly renovated condo, is just steps away from Kamaole beach, with its white sands and spectacular views, amazing restaurants, and boutique stores, to pick up souvenirs to take home. Situated in the very desirable Maui Banyan Resort, features comfortable solid wood furniture, newly tiled floor and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Two flat screen smart TV's, with cable, and built-in apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Hulu, and many more apps, to which you can log in with your account to catch up with your viewing. High-speed WIFI and one parking space are also provided for a comfortable stay at this 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo which can sleep 4. The condo has air conditioners, ceiling fans, a queen bed, and a queen size pullout sofa bed, along with high quality, clean bed sheets, comfortable pillows, and comforter.

Just a few steps away are the swimming pool, hot tub, pool-side BBQ, and lounge chairs to relax pool-side or enjoy a beverage in the cups supplied. The pool-side has a dining area, with chairs and tables. All around the resort, amongst the tropical foliage, there are chairs to sit and enjoy the breeze. The lanai has 2 chairs and a table, where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

The condo also features 2 boogie boards, 2 sets of high-quality snorkeling equipment, a cooler, 2 beach chairs, a set of beach toys, 2 beach towels, one beach umbrella. Bring your Tennis rackets to enjoy the courts in the resort. The condo also has a washer and dryer.
The kitchen comes fully equipped, with a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, French press for making your coffee, toaster, and blender to make your favorite smoothies. Bring your favorite blend K-Cups to enjoy coffee in the Keurig coffee maker.

We have stayed at the Maui Banyan many, many times and this unit was by far the most modern and well equipped unit we have stayed in. There were 2 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas, a large and small cooler, multiple sets of snorkel equipment, beach toys and tennis balls and rackets. Unfortunately we couldn’t use most of it due to the March 2026 storm, but we did use the chairs, boogie boards and towels on the one sunny day during our week!The kitchen was well equipped, with good knives, appliances (including a kettle- yay), icemaker and water jug. There was a nice supply of tea, spices, oil, salt and pepper. The unit had enough toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs for our stay. We recommend having another 4 of each dish and size of bath towels to better conserve energy in the dishwasher and washer/ dryer. There was cards and Mauiopoly, both of which complimented our own games during the many days of rain!Anant was very responsive during our stay when informed of the water, sewer, electricity and cable/ internet outages (not a unit issue- storm issue across much of the island). The unit was clean and had two bins in the kitchen for garbage and bottles/cans. The large laundry basket was much appreciated and kept things tidy. We plan on booking this unit again for our next visit. The price point, location, modern and clean feel and how well equipped it was will keep us coming back! Mahalo!

Maui Banyan

This is a really nice modern clean condo unit. We really enjoyed our time at Maui banyan. The location is the unit is very busy as it is right above the resort office so many coming and going at all hours. The unit could also use some additional dishes. There is a 4 piece set of everything so for the two of us we were washing dishes too often. Very cozy and comfortable and Maui banyan is a perfect location in kihei. The air conditioners in both bedroom and living room kept us nice and cool. We also used the great ceiling fans to circulate air. Overall a nice condo.

Celebration with family and friends.

Our stay was fabulous. Communication with Anant was always prompt and he was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Grounds are beautiful and maintained meticulously. The beach access across the street is awesome as is accessibility to both onsite pools. The BBQ’s were in immaculate shape and spotless. The only suggestion I forwarded to the Host was more glassware and dinnerware would be handy to have . This didn’t affect how much we enjoyed ourselves…just meant we had to do more washing and or dishwasher loads. The staff were always friendly and greeted you with warm smiles.

The condo was fine however the air condition hardly worked and we chose it for the air condition so i could get ready for my wedding. In addition I am very disappointed in the owner for not letting us cancel because of the fire . He stated since this side of the island was not effected no refund policy. We were even willing to lose 1/2. Everyother owner on VRBO was willing to accomodate cancellations or changes for my entire wedding party.

Terrible Check-in

Unfortunately upon arrival on our late flight in, we arrived at the condo only to have been given an entry code that did not work. Office was closed, and the property manager was unreachable for over an hour. After numerous calls and texts, we had to source a hotel for the evening. Eventually we reached the property manager and they updated the code for us to gain entry. Finally getting in we went to set up the pullout couch where we then found smelly/dirty sheets and an uncleaned towel. The following morning the cleaner came to the property and very rudely and abruptly claimed it was us that had dirtied the sheets and towel contrary to the fact we had not even used them. The property itself is located in a very great location and the function of the condo was otherwise nice. Just had a very disappointing start to our experience.

Wonderful Location, beautiful unit

This unit was great for us. We stay in Kihei often and it was the best location for us yet. We loved being able to walk to all our favorite places. It’s a short walk right down the drive to Kam 2. It has a super comfortable bed and great sheets. We slept amazing while we were there and that’s rare. The AC for a Hawaii unit actually worked great so that was nice! We were traveling with a teenager and our only complaint would be the pull out wasn’t very comfortable for him. We ended up just putting sheets in the couch and he slept on it that way. He said that was more comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great, as we were using the unit for our wedding to get ready. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for the beach. We tend to use a lanai a lot and spend most of our time outside, but note this unit is right above the front office facing the parking garage. It is also very narrow, we like to be able to eat our meals outside and you really couldn’t in this unit. We gave up that part for the second bathroom and it was fine. It was very windy this trip so it was usually too cold anyway. Overall I would stay there again over and over. The good far outweighed the minor things. We loved our stay!

This condo is In a very well-managed condo complex with covered parking. Walking distance to the beach. Friendly & helpful condo building staff, very safe location.Condo is updated with beautiful renovations and stylish upscale furniture. Bed is great & sofa bed has a memory foam mattress that is actually very comfortable!! Pool & pool area is very nice with great hours. Very clean property. This lovely condo is the perfect location as a ‘home base’ to come back for evenings, while you enjoy exploring the nearby beaches & shops during the day. Full kitchen if you prefer to home cook or walking distance to several eateries.No beach views from your balcony ,but beautiful palms and nice and quiet. After sunset, we enjoyed the evening on the balcony. Beach chairs are provided, so you can watch the sunset on the beach just a few steps away. All the beach supplies/sand toys you’ll need are also provided. It was a quick stop-over for us but we enjoyed our short stay . Thank you ! Donna & Brent

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids: 5 and 3) recently stayed at Anant’s beautifully renovated condo for two weeks for my sisters wedding. Check in was seamless and Anant very graciously provided me the information for our stay early. Having AC in each room as well as a ceiling fan kept us cool and comfortable! You can not beat the location to one of the best beaches and the ability to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Kihei. We have small children and the closet was stocked with boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler which was very nice and many more things that we didn’t use!! The pool/ bbq area is beautiful and we spent lots of time there as well. Anant’s condo also has a ground floor reserved parking spot which is very handy when you have a stroller to push around. Our only minor complaints would be the broken sliding door in the master bath which is hard to open and close, and the closet door to the laundry comes off of the hinges. There is also only dishes/ cutlery for 4 people so stocking the kitchen better would mean doing less dishes. Also we had to borrow ziploc sandwich containers from family staying at the resort as well to pack lunches in the cooler, having more plastic salad bowls and containers would be nice to go down to the pool area with as there is a beautiful covered eating area. There were no condiments, Saran Wrap, tin foil, sandwich bags left in the unit, we also had to buy laundry pods as there were only 2 left so add all of that to your grocery list or bring it in your suitcase. Over all we had a great stay, and would love to book Anant’s condo again in the future! Thank you, this is one trip we will remember for a lifetime!!

Adequate But No Privacy

Overall, this condo was clean and nicely updated. What we noticed, though, since we were asked, is that it was a little sparsely supplied. There were only 4 plates, bowls, cutlery, etc. If there were a few more dishes, we wouldn't have had to be constantly washing dishes and could've just filled the dishwasher for one big load at the end of the day. Also, an arm chair would've been good as there is only the sofa which, when pulled out for sleeping leaves nowhere comfortable to sit. We ended up bringing in the deck chairs to have somewhere other than the dining table to sit at. Our only other issue was the lack of privacy as this unit is situated right above the main entrance so there were people and vehicles right outside all day. On the good side, we really liked having a designated parking spot and the location of the property, in general, is great.

Beautiful place and the owners have done a wonderful job updating the unit. There are a couple of issues that need to be resolved which I have shared with the owner such as the refrigerator does not work and the door to the master bathroom needs to be repaired but overall it is a wonderfully beautiful place which is close to all the activity in Kihei. When I took my car back to the airport it took less than 2 gallons to top off the tanks!!! Simply because the proximity of the unit to the shops and eateries in Kihei doesn't require a car. We will stay here again and in the very near future!!!

Great short stay

This property was almost perfect. With the exception of the master bathroom door not shutting (jammed), and the barn door of the master bedroom was off the hinge (small complaints). Other than that it was perfect. Very clean, the owner is very kind and organized. And literally a two minute walk from the beach. Great stay!

Beautiful unit

We loved our short stay in this unit. We would’ve loved to stay longer. The closet was equipped with great beach chairs and other goodies. The air conditioning was amazing and everything was very modern and clean. Thumbs up 👍🏻
