Great Marco Island location! Walk to the beach while staying in this 3 Bedroom gem on Marco Island with canal water view. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the large lanai with water canal view of wildlife and boats. Your stay will be nothing short of amazing.

30 Night Minimum stay March and April

This spacious condo has a wonderful split floor plan. The Master Suite is on the water facing end of the condo and features a comfy King bed, master bathroom, flat screen TV, walk out sliders to a large lanai and great closet space.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are at the opposite end of the condo and share a bathroom. The spacious second bedroom features a Queen bed, bathroom, flat screen TV, and walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom supports a work remote lifestyle with good workspace, 55" flat screen TV and Queen Sofa Sleeper. The split floor plan is great for guests, providing privacy and sound resistance from the Master Bedroom.

Full size washer and dryer in the utility room with drying rack. Condo is stocked with beach cart with 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, cooler and beach towels. One assigned under cover parking space, and uncovered guest parking. Great Wi-Fi, 4 wall mounted flat screen TVs throughout the condo.

(30 night minimum stay March and April; HOA rental application required and must be completed within 5 days of booking)

Loved the condo! Loved the location to beach. Really loved all the eating places being close by. Neighbors in complex were so friendly and helpful. I personally used the pool almost every day—enjoyed so much. Would stay at this condo again—no hesitation! Loved it all!!!!
