Air conditioning was excellent, especially in the very hot time we spent there. We were disappointed, especially with the price paid, that there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of kitchen towels, no dish soap, and only one very cheap dishwasher pod. Those are basic necessities that should be included when you’re paying that cost. Also the unit needs improved pot/pans and glassware. The pool was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. Our bedroom with king bed had a bathroom attached, but the window had no curtains on it, which is disappointing. The kitchen table needs an upgraded/clean tablecloth as well.

Thanks for the review Michael! We always appreciate the guests feedback! We have updated the pots/pans & glassware,added curtains to the master bathroom window, we did replace the tablecloth on the kitchen table and are working with the owner to purchase a new kitchen table!

The location was great with an easy five minute walk to the beach. The pool and backyard were very nice. The home itself needs a little TLC.. There’s paint peeling on several walls. On day four the washer stopped working & would not spin. Although the realty company was quick and easy to communicate with, we did not have a washer until they brought the new one on Friday as we were checking out. Also the dishwasher bracket was broken and the whole dishwasher was falling forward. The two bedrooms on the lower floor were much smaller than they appeared in the pictures and only suitable really for children. With a little upgrade and care, this would be a very nice property for the price.

The kitchen ihas wonderful space! We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 14 without getting in each others way. Only 3 kitchen tools we wish were there - a wooden spoon, a rubber spatula, and a pie pan. Otherwise, it is fully stocked with dishes and cookware.The ocean views are amazing, and the trek to the beach easy & short.The only negative was cleanliness - it was dirty under couches and behind dressers. We had to wash many of the dishes before we could use them, but thats the fault of the previous renter.

This was the worst house we’ve rented in 40 years of renting in beach locations. While the pool was nice, the house needs a lot of work. We had to wash a few items before we would use them. The dishwasher was not screwed into the counter so it fell forward every time we pulled a rack out. The wood around the house is rotting. A door handle fell off. One shower faucet pulled out of the wall. During 2 storms water came in all around one bedroom window and an upstairs door. The grass was high and was never mowed so no one used it. The realtor did respond timely and repair items, but the house should not have been rented in that condition.

Our stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The lower-level sliding glass door was extremely difficult to open and close, and sand burrs throughout the backyard made it uncomfortable to walk outside, especially for our dogs.Several door handles and toilet handles came off during normal use. The lower-level furniture was soiled, the tablecloth was torn, and the games provided were dirty, missing pieces, and largely unusable. Only half of the toaster worked.The grill was in particularly poor condition, with an overflowing grease trap and heavy buildup that required cleaning before we could use it. We also noticed soft, dipping spots in the upper-level floor that raised concerns about the home’s condition.These issues significantly detracted from our experience and suggest that the property needs better maintenance and attention to detail.

If you do not have pets - great rental - if you have pets they can NOT use the backyard as there were hundreds of small thistles. We pulled dozens off our dogs paws Extremely painful.

The house was good size for our family needs. Loved the pool area. The porch was nice for morning coffee. Kitchen needs some updates. Water pressure was not good in showers. Floors were a little dirty. Beds were comfortable. The biggest problem we had was the yard, had to pick up dog poop. 3 piles. And then the stickers in the yard was terrible. Over all was a good time.
