Briarwood Cottage & Apartment is a charming English-inspired storybook cottage!

Stay in our charming English-inspired cottage nestled among the vines. Ideal for a vacation or a quick getaway, our five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath home is the perfect retreat.

The cottage & apartment comfortably sleep up to ten people. Each bedroom has a queen bed, bathroom, TV, and lounge area.

Guests can enjoy a game of cornhole in the backyard, a picnic under our 200-year-old Oak Tree “Grace”, relax around the fire pit sipping wine, or visit the friendly farmstead animals next door. As a guest of the Briarwood Cottage, you’ll enjoy a complimentary vineyard tour & wine tasting, or a tasting at our winery in Tin City, plus the opportunity to explore the vineyards at your leisure.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off the thermostats Turn off all lights and ceiling fans Make sure the front door is pulled shut and locked when you leave Make sure the windows are closed and shut
Make sure the indoor fireplace and fire pit table are OFF Take or throw away any open food items that you brought Take out the trash to the outdoor bins Load and start the dishwasher
Sign out of all accounts on TVs We welcome you to sign the guest book! We hope you had a wonderful stay and wish you safe travels back home. We look forward to hosting you again!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
