The house was great! Excellent layout and nicely spread out for a larger party. Open common spaces and a large kitchen was a huge perk for us. The outdoor space was private and inviting. We had an amazing time! The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Jeremey answered any inquiries within minutes. I would highly recommend!

Property was great !! Had everything you need to cook! Other than the sliding door to get outside hard to move was great!!and didn’t know we would need the dogs vaccinations until the day before and didn’t have them handy and the vet was closed so unable to bring the dogs! Was a last minute booking also !

Location was great, only issue we had was getting in the community which is completely understandable but other than that the location was spacious and we enjoyed the amenities that came with it such as the hotub, sauna and the pool table which was a great bonus for our family would definitely recommend this to anybody trying to have a nice getaway, will 100% be booking again the future.

This place was very nice. Loved the game room and game table on the first floor. And we liked looking out at the deer that hung around the whole time we were there. The place was nicely decorated and the host was always available for any questions. We had a great time!

This house was beautiful! Our stay was amazing the host was great with communication and instructions. Even the cleaning people that came in the morning did not rush us and were very nice and informative. This house was a 10/10 highly recommend it there is a lot to do in the house and also out of the house and close to many attractions. We will definitely be coming back for the summer thank you so much for hosting us!

The property was gorgeous the community is as well, the check in process to get into the community wasn’t the easiest but we worked through it all . We loved the common areas and space was very peaceful. The 5th bedroom upstairs loft was not cleaned and no sheets were on the bed however we made it work with the 4 rooms for the amount of people we had stay .

My family and I rented Jeramey’s house for a long weekend. We haven’t been able to all be together in years, so it was amazing to all spend so much time together. Overall, our experience at the house was good!The kitchen and dining area were unbeatable for our group - it’s rare you find a dining area that can fit 12 people all at one table. It’s also tucked away so our loud laughter didn’t wake the kids up! Air conditioning worked awesome and kept us all comfortable. We loved the hot tub and fire pit too. Everywhere in the house was clean except the floors. They were wet when we arrived, clearly from cleaning products, however, all of our socks were still black with filth just a few hours later. Not sure what happened there. The only other issue we had was upon arrival, finding that the master bed had an area that was soaked with bleach. Unfortunately, my 300 pair of jeans are now ruined, as I sat in the bed without realizing there was a puddle of bleach underneath me. I did reach out to Jeramey and he called me right away. He was extremely apologetic and sent a cleaner right over to change the sheets and comforter, which is all you can ask for in a host. It was an accident, but a costly one for my wardrobe! The security for the neighborhood is a bit overkill - but of course that’s not on the host. We would come back to the house in the future if we find ourselves visiting the Poconos again. Thank you Jeramey for being a great host!!
