Great location, near stores you would need for groceries and last minute travel items! Short walk to La Placita. Can be a little noisy with traffic and pedestrians during the day, but very tolerable. Loved it!

Great host. Host available and responsive. The place was great. Very clean and well maintained. Fully equipped with plenty of towels, beach chair, cooler, iron, etc. Unfortunately we had no hot water. The place is located in a rough neighborhood not recommended for late night travel. Otherwise located in the middle and close everything! Perfect location.

Nice and affordable place to stay! Look just like the photo was very clean, the outside looks sketchy but never felt unsafe. The location was perfect right in middle of old San Juan , la placita , and condado beach! The only con of this apartment is the AC it didn’t bother me as much but would still like to advise there is ac but only in the two rooms they do get really cold so that’s a plus , but in the living space and restroom there is no ac so it can feel hot, overall my experience here was great would definitely stay again !

Second bedroom A/C produced condensation requiring a bucket placed underneath, main bedroom A/C worked fine.Hot water in shower did not have hot water. Cold water faucet in shower DID NOT work AT ALL!Close to Condado beach area, about a mile walk. Host provided beach chairs and towels which was nice.Host made no attempt at getting the hot water working in the shower (although one day of the stay was during epihany/three kings day)

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to provide brief context for future guests. The hot water issue was reported during a major holiday period (Epiphany / Three Kings Day), when many service providers were unavailable. I made reasonable efforts to assist under those circumstances, which were communicated at the time. This is a private rental, not a hotel with on-site staff. Regarding the air conditioning in the second bedroom, this concern was not reported during the stay. After checkout, the unit was inspected and serviced as part of routine maintenance, with no mechanical issues found. While I always try to work collaboratively with guests to find solutions, communication unfortunately became inappropriate and disrespectful. At that point, further communication was handled directly through the platform, as I do not engage in interactions of that nature. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify this and remain committed to respectful, transparent hosting.

The property was just as it was described.Ups: it was away from the husle and busle and host was responsive Downs: difficult check in, lost power one of the days, gave one role of toilet paper for a 5 day stay.

Great stay!

Elvira is the best! Everything was super smooth on check in and the apartment was clean and cool. She let us check out several hours late which made our lives much easier. I ended up receiving a text from her that I had left my headphones which she then volunteered to ship back to the states for me. Seriously awesome and over the top service!

Great apartment for with an affordable price point

My partner and I went to San Juan for the first time. This was a quick weekend gateway and we did not want to break the bank. We picked this apartment due to the proximity to some bars and restaurants we wanted to go. The Pros: the apartment was exactly as advertised, during the day the location was great for grocery shopping and some restaurants nearby, the apartment is only 15 min drive to old San Juan. The Cons: The location at night is sketchy and I will not advise to walk alone at night, the water pressure was low and the water temperature was not always consistent. Despite the cons, I would still choose this apartment in the future, the space was perfect for our needs.

Puerto Rico was beautiful

There was 4 of us staying in the unit which had no resource book for the neighborhood meaning things to do, places to eat, beaches to go too, no information you are on your own to figure it all out. In the unit there was only 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, only 2 beach towels, 1 white hand towel in the kitchen no cleaning supplies, 3 forks, 3 knives, 3 spoons very weird?? I left a new pair of earrings behind by accident and I never saw them again :(, We stayed 1 week , Neighborhood sketchy but ok since we are from Chicago but overall, we loved Puerto Rico .... the owner definitely needs to put more effort in organizing for their guest
