Family Friendly 4-bdrm house with heated pool on Lakeside Golf Course

Relaxation is waiting for you at this 4-bedroom house situated on the 5th hole of the Lakeside Country Club Golf Course. This property features 2 king bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, perfect for a group getaway. With amenities like a washer, dryer, AC, and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in this tranquil space.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals and the dining room comfortably seats eight, the living room and 2 bedrooms have TV's with Roku connection. A fully functioning washer and dryer is in the garage for use during your stay.

Just off the living/dinning area, through sliding glass doors is a screened lanai with pool. Pool can be heated at an extra charge of $35 per day. This needs to be organized in advance to give the pool enough days to heat up.

Guests have access to the whole house except for a storage room inside the garage that is locked off for owner use.

NO pets allowed.

Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are about an hour and 20 minutes away. The wildlife preserves of Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park and Three Sisters Springs, only half an hour.

About half an hour gets you to a variety of outdoor activities. For avid bikers, there’s the Suncoast Trail, which for most of its length runs within sight and sound of the parkway, and the Withlacoochee State Trail, which runs through small towns and ranches, rivers and forests. For canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing, and river tours, there’s Rainbow River in Dunnellon. For those with a taste for fresh scallops, there’s scalloping in the nearshore seagrass beds along the gulf.

And practically just outside the door, there’s the Lakeside Country Club golf course.
