The perfect mountain escape! This view filled 5 bedroom/4.5 bath, luxury house is perfect for a large family or two families sharing the house together. Situated right on the mountain, the house is minutes away from world class skiing, mountain biking and hiking.

The house boasts three floors. You will enter on the main level into a spacious yet cozy living space with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, shared with a dining cove, both right off the kitchen. A large outdoor deck is right off the main floor, offering gorgeous views of the White Rock, Avery and Snodgrass Mountains. Additionally, a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, powder room and spacious mud/laundry room are all conveniently located on the main floor as well.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms in total as well as a quiet reading corner on the second floor landing which can be seen from the main level. The first bedroom is a spacious, master with ensuite, queen bed. The second bedroom is perfect for kids, providing two wood framed twin beds that will sleep 2 children. The last bedroom is a quiet, light filled room with two Twin beds. The kids room and the non-master room share a shower/washroom, which is located directly off the second floor landing. Mountain views can be seen from each room.

The fifth bedroom is located on the first floor/walk out basement. There is a double bed in this room and it's conveniently located directly across the hall from a shower/washroom. Additionally, the first floor/walk out basement is also where the official gaming/entertainment room is located. After a long day on the slopes or a big day of mountain biking, this space is perfect for kids and adults. The kids can enjoy a game of foosball or ping pong while the adults enjoy a cocktail from the wet bar.

On the electronics fronts, there are flat screen TV's (first floor game/rec room and main floor living room), cable and WI-FI.
There is parking for a maximum of 3 cars - One in the garage and two in the driveway.

This is the perfect house for entertaining one or two families. Situated right on the mountain, against a gorgeous landscape only minutes walk from the slopes and mountain biking trails. The center of Crested Butte Mountain Resort is a short 3 minute drive and the historic town of Crested Butte is about 10 minutes. This vacation home is not to be missed!

Great ski house

House was very well appointed and perfect for a couple of families (or one large one). 15 min walk to the Gold Link lift/Homeowners Run. Gorgeous views from the living room/dining room. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Ski Vacation

Roomy home! Really like the open kitchen and living room area, was perfect for the crew to hang out after skiing. Short walk to the slopes was very nice! We love Crested Butte and this home. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home close to the slopes

This property is very comfortable with five bedrooms and beautiful views. The proximity to the slopes was a primary benefit for my group. A few minutes walk (slightly uphill) to the slopes was convenient, and even more convenient walking (slightly downhill) back to the house.

Comfort and style

Loved this home for our week stay in Crested Butte. The house is fully equipped for our family and friends for our stay of 8 nights. Skiing was excellent and although the snow dumped on us, the roads and driveway were cleared on a regular basis. Mount Crested Butte now has a taxi service for travel within the resort which was wonderful for pickup at the end of the day after happy hour at the base. Hope to come back next year and would certainly pick this very nice home again!

Wonderful home!

The house itself is well-maintained and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking for our group of 7 a breeze. The large pantry was a particularly nice touch, as we bring groceries for the full week and appreciated the extra storage space.The living and dining areas provided a great space for everyone to relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes. We also appreciated having 5 proper bedrooms and 4.5 baths (although we only used 4 of the bedrooms), which gave everyone plenty of room to spread out.One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent communication with the owners, who were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They were lovely people to deal with, and it's clear that they take pride in their home.

Great House

Terrific experience from start to finish. Great house with 5 true bedrooms. Very convenient to the base of the mountain. We could have used the Goldlink access to the slopes, but chose instead to drive the few minutes to the parking lot each day. Highly recommend.

While not exactly ski in, ski out, it is only one tenth of a mile from the house to entry to Gold Links lift. OR, downhill a short walk to the bus stop. clean, well equipped and comfottable. Fireplace was comforting and warm.

Fantastic home in Mt. Crested Butte

This was the perfect home base for our vacation in Crested Butte. Everything is high quality from the linens to the kitchen appliances, the home is comfortable, beautiful, and spacious. The view from the deck was our afternoon entertainment, you can't beat this location.

Magical vacation!

Perfect sized home for 7 adults. Enough privacy and space for each of us. The view from the deck and living area is stunning. We sat and watched the horses run on the hill opposite the house and the lighting change on the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked. The game room was the coup de grâce. Even my 91 year old mom got into the hoops game. Lots of fun. Quiet location. About 15 min drive to town.

We had an amazing time with family and extended family. The house is beautiful with plenty of room. Great game room for kids and very comfortable beds and nice linens. We can’t say enough about the location on the mountain. So close to amazing hikes and to town!

Great house, great location

We had a wonderful time in Crested Butte. The house was well appointed, very well kept, and a ~ten minute walk/hike to the lifts. It was perfect for our family of five, but could have easily accommodated more guests.

Summer Escape 2020

Property was as described. Plenty of room and space for my family of 5 and a grandmother and 2 teenage nephews that stopped in for a few nights during our two week stay. House was clean, had comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, excellent location for hiking/biking, very quiet section of the neighborhood and incredible views. Grilling steaks on the deck at sunset, sipping a good cab and watching the comet NEOWISE over Snodgrass mountain top was truly serene.

Beautiful home on the mountain

We loved our stay. The home was very nice and clean. A great location to base for enjoying CB in the summer. Note that one bedroom has two twin beds and not the double bed listed in the description, but that didn’t impact us. Lots of space to spread out and would easily accommodate two families.

Excellent experience overall. Homeowner was responsive and helpful when a very minor issue arose. A bit further from lifts than expected though - at least a 10 min walk. Also, at 9500' of elevation, every bedroom should have a humidifier - only one did. In any case, would stay here again. Very nice place. Beautiful views from living room and deck.

Awesome! Perfect place to call HOME in Crested Butte

Description of house is as advertised. Pleanty of space for everyone and a great entertainment room on lower level. Owners could not have been more helpful and responsive - offered great suggestions on things to see and do. House was well stocked - awesome views from kitchen and living room. Close to town but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Great day hikes nearby - Gunnison a short 1/2 hour drive and Black Canyon of the Gunnison a doable 2 hour ride. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Retreat

The home was just as described - clean, spacious, with all the amenities you need. The house was tastefully decorated and the views from each of the windows were spectacular! We loved being up on the mountain with just a short drive into town. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions on activities and restaurants.

Our days have been filled with beauty and adventure and it's bittersweet to be closing the book on our urban hiatus, headed this time to Los Angeles. However, we are excited to once again open our home to all outdoor enthusiasts who will now get to enjoy the wonder and amazement that is Crested Butte.
