The kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Full power and water hookups, reliable Wi‑Fi, and heating/AC keep you comfortable year‑round.

Whether you’re here to hike, golf, shop, or explore Scottsdale’s dining scene, this RV is your calm retreat. Kick back on comfortable seating, stream a show, or step outside to enjoy the desert evenings. Ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a stylish, relaxed stay with easy access to local attractions.

- The RV is located on a residential dirt lot.
- We are in the process of building a new home on the lot, which will be completed by June.
-Most of the construction is completed but there will still be work be completed inside the home Monday through Friday.
- There are block walls surrounding the lot and a gate at the front entrance.
-There is plenty of parking space

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM, 7 Days a week.
