The house was wonderful - very clean and a great location. We had an issue with the refrigerator, and unfortunately, management was difficult to get hold of for that and for check-in

Great House near Antelope & Horseshoe Bend

Lovely house in a very quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and modern. My only recommendations would be a door knob on the front door to make exiting easier. And dressers in the bedrooms would be a very nice idea. The location is great with beautiful views! I feel for the price i paid there should be more basics like dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. That stuff was bare minimum. Most houses in that price range are not shorting you there. I book a house with a washer and dryer so I don’t have to over pack and 2 laundry pods for a group of 5 people isn’t going to do it.

Good location for exploring the page area! Note that area is under construction and there are dirt piles everywhere so when wind picks up dirt is flying as well as some construction supplies. House was nice although they needed much more lighting. Table lighting and some floor lamps are much needed especially in smaller bedroom. Maybe a desk or something in there as well. Shower curtain smelled a bit funky, as well as the smaller bedroom with bunkbeds. Don't think it was properly washed after last guests. No way to make ice not even an ice tray although the pilot is great not too far down the street! Biggest issue is communication with Matthew. I asked him specifically if there were chairs on the patio for sitting out there… He said he would get back to me in five days later upon check-in still no answer. He continued to tell me to be patient. That to me is an excusable. Other little things like no hardware on kitchen cabinets makes it hard to open, and some of the hardware on the faucets are also loose in kitchen in large bathroom. It's the little things Matthew!
