we enjoy our stay at this home, it had everything we needed. The pool was small but it was still fun to be in. The community pool was nearby and it was a very nice size pool. The only thing is the home is deep in so it takes about 6-10 minutes to get out if you want go shopping or go out to eat.

Great home, as described. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Wish the king bed had been in the upstairs master instead of downstairs since we had to stay upstairs for our kids but still worked out fine. Would definitely stay again!

The property was in a great location. The townhouse itself was very comfortable.Although there wasn't adequate enough skillets and pans we made due.Overall we emjoyed ourselves.

The property was on a quite circle and close to plenty of shops and restaurants on 27. Its located about 20 mins from Disney World. The neighborhood is walkable and it's possible to walk to a couple of restaurants on 27, about 15 -20 mins walk. Our family enjoyed our time and was grateful to be able to spent the holidays together with our pet. The host was unbelievably communicative and helpful. On Christmas my daughter reset or interrupted the electronical lock and the code wasn't working. Sheila was very responsive and worked to resolve the issue, although it was Christmas Day.

Place was fantastic. It exceeded our expectations in every area. Host was a pleasure to deal with, extremely fast with responses. This made the check-in process as easy as possible. The townhome was extremely clean, including all 3 bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room and pool area. This will put even the highest rated hotel to shame. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning.

Fantastic property, the perfect stay for Disney and Universal

We stayed 8 nights at this lovely town house whilst visiting the usual parks and tourist areas of Orlando.The house is beautiful, spotless and modern with great amenities, comfortable beds and great location.Frictionless booking, nice communication and everything was easy for our stay.First time staying in a town house and we thought we’d miss a larger pool but the plunge pool was adequate for cooling down and the complex has a larger one just round the corner for a pool day.Lovely area too, with supermarkets and restaurants really close by… would certainly book again in the future.

It was a bargain, very clean with comfortable beds. Everything and anything you will need for a stay is provided. Quiet neighborhood. We were there for Disney and Universal, With traffic parks can be a bit of a drive. Ranging from 30 to 40 minutes depending on the day. I would still stay here again.

Exceeds expectations

I’ll start by saying that although this is a pet friendly property, you would never know as it’s so clean and smelt fresh. The modern decor really gives it an inviting lookand it was way more spacious then I imagined.The pool was perfect for my small group, it was peaceful and relaxing..The host provided me with all directions and instructions well ahead of time. I will definitely recommend this spot to others and will be back!

We had a great stay here. Everything is clean and lots of extras in the kitchen like coffee pot and kurig for pods. We also used the electric kettle. Only thing we could have used was a larger frying pan but we made what was there work. All the beds were comfortable and washer/dryer worked well. We enjoyed the pool and went to Disney a couple days. My dog loved walking around the neighborhood-very dog friendly area! Only negative for us was that we were a bit tucked in the neighborhood and took awhile , especially with school traffic to get out to the hwy where all the stores and restaurants were. Very accurate description of place and quick response for smooth check-in/out or any questions!

Great spot for a quick disney trip

The home was very clean. Communication with host was great before and during the stay. It was stocked with essentials and more. Would have ben good to have AC control downstairs for the first floor and additional washcloths. Also maybe a note on how small the private pool is, sorry if I missed it. But there is a community pool and the folks were nice. None of these items negatively impacted our stay much.Thanks for having us.

Cute little condo close to theme parks. We booked this condo because we were visiting family that live in Groveland but wanted something close to SeaWorld and had access to a swimming pool for our kids. The condo had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, bedding, detergent, kitchenware, etc. If we had any complaints/recommendations it would be: there are no ceiling fans (which is a big deal for someone who is perimenopausal and ALWAYS hot), the twin-sized beds are a little small for someone who is over 5’5” (my son’s feet hung off the edge), and the pool in the back is really small BUT there is close access to a community pool. It was nice that every bedroom had access to its own bathroom.

Stunning Townhouse/heated pool

This townhome was beautifully put together when my wife and I along with our 2 kids, 13 and 14 arrived. We booked this home for a 2 night stay so we would be close to the theme parks. When we arrived it was super clean, with all the amenities you could ask for from garage bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, pods for the dishwasher, all the cooking utensils you could ask for, they even had a toothbrush and toothpaste. I have been renting homes every year for over 15 years on this site and I can tell the owners really cared and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Some home owners don't provide much like the little things this one provided everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to any of my friends or family members in the future 5 star's all around.
