Updated duplex with premium finishes throughout.
King beds in master and second bedroom upstairs, two bunks in the 'kids room' downstairs with two separate living areas. Master bath has a steam shower for those sore skiing muscles!

Full gourmet kitchen with dining table that seats 8. Fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils.

Deck has gas grill and table for 6.

Check out is at 10:00 during your stay. Let me know if you would like a late check-out. I would need to check with the cleaners to see if it is possible.
Please leave the keys and the garage door opener on the kitchen counter. Do not lock the door leading to the garage.
Do not make any of the beds that were slept-in and leave all towels that were used on the bathroom floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is no smoking on the back deck per HOA rules. If you smoke, please do so in the front entryway or the garage/driveway.
Quiet time is required after 11:00 PM per Frisco short-term rental regulations.
