Really cute and clean. The view of the stars and countryside is gorgeous. Loved the free roaming chickens. You are surrounded by the owners property. Be aware that it takes the water a while to heat up, and sometimes the water doesn’t heat up at all. There are signs pointing to a button that did not seem to do anything. The signs also said to call the owner for help. The voicemail said to text him instead. The owner did not end up responding. Otherwise it was a great experience and it was a nice place to stay especially for the price offered.

The property was easy to find. The treehouse was everything we wanted. The tiny house feel, the nature surrounding it. And can’t forget the hot tub after a long day of hiking or adventuring. Highly recommend!
Fun place, beautiful setting. Fresh eggs from owner’s chickens was a great bonus! Ladder up to loft is a little steep for us old folks, but very well built, sturdy with good handles. We just used caution and we’re fine. Clean, nice front porch with small table, chairs and nice propane grill.
Great place to stay, very cute property - the pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of wildlife to watch if you are a nature person. Didn’t know how nice a heated toilet seat was until experiencing it! The host was very accommodating and made us feel at home.
Unique experience and worth the stay. A tree house in rural Colorado is so much better than a hotel! Loved our stay. Comfortable and story worthy.A few minor downsides that you should know going into it to set your expectations… this tree house is next to their house. The hot tub is immediately beside their house and shared with them. This wasn’t a problem but it’s worth noting. A quick sweep and mop and it was up to our cleanliness standards, but was not when we first arrived.

It was a cozy little tree house. Didn’t have to many problems. It would have been nice to know how close you were to their actual house though. Didn’t feel very private like it seemed in the pictures. Especially the hot tub they mention… it is right out side of their deck and it didn’t look like had a lot of privacy there either. I know it is a tree house, but with the wind, it squeaks really loud at night… to the point you can’t really sleep at all.

The treehouse is adorable and every detail, even the baseboards, makes you feel like you’re in a rustic cabin. Super cozy and unique. Also an affordable option, which isn’t easy to find. The only disappointment was that it is not as private as it appears in the photos. The treehouse is about 50’ from the host’s backdoor. The hot tub is on their back patio. The space was really clean except the shower. It wasn’t filthy but there was hair.

Beautiful location, bad experience
The treehouse is cute and cozy, down a dirt road and wildlife views. My friend and I had a difficult time dealing with the hosts and left unhappy. We had problems with getting hot water, problems with contacting the hosts on time sensitive problems, and were met with rudeness, sarcasm, and were talked down to for expressing our concerns. Even accused of fabricating a disability based on their assumption that it related to the stairs. We were there for around 2hrs waiting for a reply on the app, and were refunded about 1/3 of the cost for a two day stay. And just a heads up, you’ll have to step around children’s toys, garden beds and random stuff all over the yard to access the hot tub, which they have a full picture view of from their home.

This review is completely inaccurate. It is a "tree house" and has pictures of both sets of stairs. For some reason they didn't think there would be stairs. We refunded their stay even though they had full access to the pictures of what they were renting. Not sure how we could have been more accommodating. There are 4 signs inside indicating how to turn on the hot water in the event it turns off, as well as our phone number for contact.
