Inside, a Great Room overlooks the outdoor living spaces with a wall of glass windows and French doors. The Living Area has vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling fireplace with built-ins, and sofa seating. There is a second-floor loft/balcony that overlooks the Living Area.

The Great Room also features an open Dining Area and Chef's Kitchen. The fully-equipped Kitchen has commercial stainless appliances, center prep island/breakfast bar, and quartz counters. There is Lounge Area off the Kitchen with built-in seating and TV. A French door off the Dining Area opens to a screened porch with outdoor lounge area.

There is also a first-floor Primary Bedroom with deluxe en suite bath, and a private covered deck that overlooks the pool. Rounding out the first level is an office/study with fireplace and a powder room.

The other four Bedrooms are all upstairs, and share two full baths, and two outdoor decks. There is also a loft TV/Family Room Area with sofa and chair seating plus large screen TV.

There is high-speed Gigabit wifi throughout, as well as streaming Apple TVs, and Sonos sound system in the Great Room, Kitchen and pool area.

The heated saltwater pool is 18 by 30-feet, and 7-feet at its deepest.

Access to the Mink Meadow private association beach is also included. The sandy north shore beach has calm waters. The historic Mink Meadow Golf Club and its clubhouse are literally just down the street. Guest tee times can be reserved.

You will feel worlds away but downtown Vineyard Haven is only a couple of miles away.

POOL NOTE: The pool is heated to 81 degrees during July and August and included in the rent. Tenants will be charged an additional fee if pool heat is increased during the lease period. An additional pool heating fee of $325/week will apply for rentals in the shoulder season, if the pool is open.

NOTE: There is a separate, detached Carriage House/Garage on the property which the owner sometimes uses when on-Island.

SECURITY CAMERA NOTE: For safety and security reasons, an exterior security camera is in operation and is located at the front and back of the home, and there is a doorbell camera on the front door. Spiral staircase leading to Widow's walk is not available for guest use.
