Large Heated Pool, 2 Master Bedroom Suites, Very Close to Gulf Beach.
'South Cay' is an absolutely beautiful house in "Anna Maria", on Anna Maria Island, Florida. How close to the beach? There are only 11 houses between South Cay and the Gulf of Mexico beach, so this property is very close to the beach. Walk out the house, look to your right, and you see the beach access. Look us up to see how close "South Cay" in Anna Maria is to the beach! In addition, this is probably the nicest section of beach on the island. South Cay is also very close to Anna Maria's charming shopping area (Pine Avenue) -- you can stroll to a breakfast place or the ice cream parlor and walk to shops and stores.
We recently added a bathroom, so South Cay now has 2 master-bedroom suites. Each master-bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, a king-size bed, large TV, and a dedicated deck access. The 2 other bedrooms have queen beds, TVs, and share the 3rd bathroom.
The house has a beachy vibe, excellent condition, with all new stainless-steel appliances. South Cay has a screened front porch. There are five flat panel TVs of various sizes, wireless high-speed internet, and free phone use within the US.
The heated pool is large (14 feet X 28 feet) with a refreshing fountain. RECOMMENDATION: Ask for pool sizes when comparing rental properties. Few have a pool this size!
At the end of our street there is a wildlife preserve section on the beach where turtles live (Google shows it as a "park"). The beach is the beautiful Gulf beach (not the bay).
We keep upgrading South Cay, so there may be small differences in decorations and furniture between the pictures posted and the actual house at the time of your rental.
South Cay is a 'NO-PETS, NO-SMOKING' property.
