This home is only 1 mile off the highway and only 8-10 minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort, Downtown Historic Main Street and the Kimball Junction area where you will find the Tanger Outlet Mall, Movies, Bowling, Dining, and Olympic Park.

This home offers a perfect combination between outdoor & indoor living, with a private hot tub on the balcony, with the very best views in Parks Edge. The lower patio has a private gas fire pit with outdoor seating to sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the mountains , walking trails, & wet lands.

Everything is NEW! This home was just completed Nov 2016. With all new furniture, this home is Beautifully Decorated with Upgraded Amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The Laundry room is set up with a High Efficiency Washer and Dryer. The bedrooms offer pillow top mattresses and luxury bedding with sleeping for 6 plus a pull out sofa with a queen mattress with bedding provided for additional sleeping to 2. Maximum occupancy is 8. Enjoy a Satellite cast compatible Television in the living area. TV's also in bedrooms & library. Enjoy the cozy library just off the master bedroom, to read, work, or watch TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi in the home. The house is well stocked with thoughtful attention to detail. Robes, Hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent blow dryers in every bathroom. Enjoy some cards & board games with family & friends. We live here in Salt Lake City, and enjoy traveling with family and friends. We love Utah because of its unique opportunity for diverse outdoor activities. Our favorites are spending time at the fabulous lakes we have here in the summertime, and skiing in the winter. We have also loved traveling to many other places and enjoyed other peoples beautiful vacation rentals in their cities and towns.

Why they chose this property

The reason we chose a vacation rental in Park City is because it is beautiful and close to home for a quick get away. We spend a lot of time up there year round for all it has to offer. We chose a place that is close to Park City but slightly off the beaten path for a little more quiet seclusion yet so close to town that we can be there in minutes to the slopes, fine dining, great nightlife, hiking, and many other outdoor activities. We've incorporated all the things we have loved in a rental from our years of traveling. We've added all amenities inside to have all the comforts from home, mixed with fun outdoor living with the patio fire pit and the balcony hot tub, perfect for a snowy day. We're excited to share a place we love with others that will also appreciate it and like it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

The condo we picked was very deliberate to get the perfect location. We wanted a condo that had unobstructed views from the back so we could enjoy a private balcony and patio and the beauty of the sunrise in the morning over the east mountains. Its so close to the Jordanelle Reservoir and Downtown Park City, so perfect!
