The property was beautiful, very clean & very well designed & built! The view was outstanding from every floor & our family enjoyed the direct access to the beach!The pool & the game room were extras that were well used as well! This was a great vacation for our family!

The Sandcastle accommodated our large group effortlessly. The beach front location was amazing and provided ease when going to and from the beach. The included 8 beach chair and 4 umbrella beach service was fantastic. The only thing this place could do to improve is have cushioned patio furniture on the upper decks for extra comfortable patio lounging. We had a fantastic stay!

Everything about this property was amazing! We stayed with a group of 30-35 including two of our adult softball teams and children—plenty of space for everyone! We all loved the spacious back deck with the pool and private beach access was just the cherry on top! We stayed 4 nights and had plenty of amenities for the stay. Could not brag about this property enough! Definitely will be back.

We had a fabulous family vacation at this home! 15 of us, including three Littles and the sleeping arrangements were perfect! The property was clean and well stocked. We loved having the direct access to the beach and the chair service was fantastic! I don’t know that you can have a trip to the beach without it! The pool was great and heated during our stay in the cooler season! The house was located so close to everything although we thoroughly enjoyed cooking dinners at the house and hanging out on the fabulous balconies! Would not hesitate to book this property again in a heartbeat! It was fantastic all the way around!

Great property! Private beach and the addition of the daily chairs was awesome. The top floor was perfect for teenagers and young adults for gaming with pool table, game station, and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and a great place for large family.

Amazing stay- house is beautiful, the pictures are accurate in how spectacular the house is. Beds are comfortable. Views are amazing. Beach is easily accessed. Host responded to the issue of the sliding door handle falling off quickly.

This was hands down the BEST! This house literally has it all! From beach chair set up, to the convenient elevators inside the home that made getting luggage /grocery up and down a breeze! The pool was also huge hit for my little ones and the view from the pool was STUNNING! We really loved and appreciated the property manager checking in on our second day to make sure everything was going smoothly! The house was exactly as pictured online. My family and I will definitely be back and I would HIGHLY recommend.

Breathtakingly Gorgeous Beach House

The house was absolutely stunning. Every detail has been thought out. The beds were so comfortable that everyone was talking about how well they slept. The views were breathtaking. Meals at the large dining table had gorgeous views of the ocean. We watched dolphins from the window and schools of fish. We were traveling with eight teenagers and they had the best time. They were never bored. The fourth floor game room kept them entertained when we had a few showers of rain. Watching storms roll in from the ocean was beautiful. The beach wasn’t overly busy and having the beach chairs set up every day was so nice. That made things a lot easier. The rental company/property manager were so easy to work with. If we needed anything they responded right away and were so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The best of the best!

Our 4th of July week was wonderful! The weather may not have been the best but the house and our location was great. We weren’t far from Pier Park, plenty of dining options, shopping and different activities for all our teens. They loved the game and tv area upstairs. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and have never stayed in a house that stayed cool from top to bottom like Sand Castle! It is one of the best and most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in over the last 20 years. We had issues with our stove/oven the first three days but they worked to solve the issue. It was fairly easy to communicate w/our host. They have chairs and umbrellas set up every morning at the beach. Bring your own beach towels and enjoy your stay. We definitely would recommend this house and would stay here again!!

Loved the easy access to the beach. Also loved sitting on the deck by the pool and viewing the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores were close by. It had all the cooking ware needed for our stay. The bedrooms were large, the beds and pillows very comfortable. The house was clean and well maintained. There was a slight musty smell on the top floor.
