The cleaner will arive at 11 am to prepare the place for next guest. Airbnb $15 late fee will be charge for every 15 minutes without prior approval.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything looks fresh and clean. There is lots of light even though it's a basement apartment. The hosts were excellent and very responsive. They live above the apartment; and though you can hear some noise from above as you would expect in any apartment on a lower floor, it was never excessive. I arrived after dark and had a little trouble spotting the house since it's slightly uphill, but my GPS gave me accurate directions and there is easy parking in front. I would definitely stay here again.
