Penn Stater, Apt #7

Downtown Hershey, Overlooking Hersheypark and the roller coasters, this apartment is great for families. Beautiful 3rd floor apartment in a historic building. Full kitchen and 2 Bedrooms ( kids room is a walkthrough to parents room, with doors) and one bathroom with Tub. One of 9 apartments in an old historic building with stairs but all brand new furniture and appliances. We will make you fell like you are staying in our home!

Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases. Fenicci’s restaurant located on the first floor of the building. Wake up to the kiss lights on Chocolate Avenue and have fun in Hershey. Walking distance to all amusements including HersheyPark, Hershey Stadium, ZooAmerica. Please note with the construction the walk is now 15 minutes to the park Free Parking and all linens etc included.

Great location!!! Nestled above a delicious restaurant right in the middle of downtown. Was so nice to have our own apartment after experiencing the park. We hope to visit again next year!!!

Everything was great and the location can’t be beat. The host was attentive and quick to respond to my messages. My only remark would be to repair the blind in the bathroom so that it covers the window entirely. I felt a little on display at night- easy fix though. Would stay again!

The listing is accurately described. The space is clean. There are 3 window AC units. One thing to know there are two separate rooms; however, you must go through the room with the queen bed to get to it.it was a nice place to stay.

Perfect lil place to stay while visiting Hershey. Parking wasn't far away, the steps to get upstairs are steep but it has history, Perfect for couples or even with a few kids. Overall we enjoyed it and the A/C is cold.

This was a great and affordable place to stay with younger kids visiting Hershey Park. It was clean and there were fresh linens and plenty of towels. The layout is a little odd because you have to go through the main bedroom to get to the kids rooms, but that actually worked out fine with younger kids since they go to bed first. We got room service from the restaurant below and we all loved the food. Parking was close and free (about a block away).

It was a great stay overnight. The apartment is clean and well organized. However, it is a smaller than what it shows in the picture. It would be great to have shampoo in the bathroom. Highly recommended!

It was a nice touch to have a Hershey candy bar and a bottle of wine! I love the history of the building. The Italian restaurant below was absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable for accommodating my family of 4.

The room and location were perfect for our one night stay. The blind in the bathroom still needs to be fixed, but that was not a huge deal. The apartment was very clean and the bottle of wine and chocolate bar were a nice addition.

I would just add on the first info page for parking… The fire company had a free parking lot where you can park overnight. The parking garage is free, but you can not park there overnight.
