This rental includes the main house, the penthouse and the carriage house. The main house sleeps 14 with four bedrooms, a pullout couch on the first floor, three full baths, a full kitchen, dining room, parlor and living room. The main house also includes a spectacular view of Monument Circle from the main bedroom looking north on Meridian Street.
The penthouse, which is on the third floor of the main house, sleeps 8 with two bedrooms, a pullout couch, two full baths, a kitchen with a dining table and a living room. The penthouse also provides a spectacular view of Monument Circle looking north on Meridian Street.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use a pullout couch, please open it up, remove the sheets and place them in one of the bathrooms. This helps our cleaning specialist determine if the pullout couch/bed has been used.
Ensure all coffee makers are turned off.
Leave all parking passes in the rental spaces.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Guests must be respectful of other guests, hosts, owner, and neighbors. No candles, fires, or incense burning are permitted.
Guests must take good care of our premises and furnishings. Exterior doors MUST be locked when guests are not present on the property.
