Perfect place to stay with a big group. The rooms were nice, and the main living area was perfect for us. There are many bad areas in Indi, so was happy to find this one after overlaying the crimp map. Decent area, and perfect for the game!
This house was perfect for our family of 10 with plenty of space to gather or space to have a little quiet time. Casey was so easy to work with. Being winter, we didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but those along with their yard to play in would be great for warmer weather stays.
I am giving this a 5-star rating due to the host's responsiveness. When an issue came up with the house, she responded immediately and sent someone out to handle it while she was out of the country. The house had plenty of room for 20 people, and we enjoyed our stay.
Huge house! Casey, the host was very accommodating to any of our needs. We have stayed at this property multiple times and will continue to use the property in the future.
The house was huge and had a great space for everyone to sleep. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking for a large group. The only things missing were dish soap for hand washing dishes and the beds had only fitted sheets with comforters, which I think a lot of people prefer these days. Thanks for a great stay!
Our stay overall was great. The house was very clean when we arrived. We had a few questions throughout the process and the host was responsive.
We recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

IU graduation
Nice house. Very clean. More than enough room for all of us. We were in Indianapolis for the graduation of our son at IU in Bloomington. Only thing we needed that we could not find was a hairdryer.
The house was large enough to accomodate pur three families for a weekend get together. There was plenty of room for everyone to have comfort. The host was excellent with communication. We had all we needed. Definitely would stay again.
We competed at U of Indy and we were less than 5 minutes from Nicoson Hall. It was perfect for wrestling team and the house was great! A couple minor maintenance issues but nothing worth bringing down our rating. We will definitely stay there again for next years event if it is available!
This property was very convenient to everything we needed to do in the Southside/Southport/Beech Grove and Greenwood areas as well as not far from downtown. It is a large home thst can fit your whole family reunion. The only downside is the 3 bathrooms you have to share. It looks like they are adding another bathroom to the basement though. We would definitely stay there again. Note the fine print that any more than 4 guests will be charged extra. That can add up quick, so be sure you account for all your guests. The hosts were very responsive to questions and very helpful though.
First of all, I’m not sure how this property has a 9.4 rating. This place is not as it seems on the listing. It says it sleeps up to 30 and it barely fit our group of 25. There are only 3 bathrooms with one of them being in the upstairs bedroom, which is not enough for 25 people let alone 30. When we arrived at the property I needed sheets and blankets for our guests sleeping on the futons in the basement. We arrived late and were all ready to get to bed. I messaged the host because we could not find any extra sheets/pillow cases/blankets for our guests. They did not respond to me for 18 hours and the sheets were behind a pad locked door in the kitchen along with extra toilet paper. We ended up having to strip all the actual beds of their flat sheet to have something for our guests to sleep on. When they did respond to me, they told me they didn’t know I had that many guests or it would have been ready for them (I’ll upload screenshots of my convo for you to read the rude response I received to not take space here.)The basement is dark, dingy and smells musty and full of jumping spiders. When guests were showering we noticed water leaking on the basement. I again messaged the host and it took days for them to respond back to me (see screenshot for their response & pics)The washer had mold all in the rubber lining. The pots/pans/cooking utensils and cabinets were filthy. Overall, I would NOT recommend this place for anymore than 20 guests at most. Horrible experience.
for starters the house is not really meant for number of guests it supposedly holds. only 3 bathrooms. for our 25 guests to get enough linens in a locked closet i had to ask for code. futons in basement were dirty, basement super cold no extra blankets, only one outlet for six beds. spied on by neighbors, host contacted me twice about things we’d done wrong. not enough parking for number of guests it holds. the host’s suggestion was to park across the street at the grocery, and when asked about the safety concern of that and whether or not the grocery is ok with that he responded “i do it all over the country in my rv.” as a woman that did not reassure my safety. even if it is “just across the street” you have to walk through a parking lot and cross a busy street with no sidewalks to get back. (past a gas station that was robbed the night before we left!) you can also tell this house was purchased recently and flipped, as many things are just…not quite right. loose handles, janky locks, wobbly stools, some of the basement decor still had tags, that sort of thing. additionally, when asked about some accommodations for our jewish friend, host responding with “that’s above my pay grade, google it,” which was not helpful. spent the whole weekend wondering what would go wrong next, honestly.
