Lagniappe II is a Gulf-front home located approximately 2.6 miles west of Hwy. 59 on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores.
Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). **Not available for Jan/Feb longer-term rentals.
No College Groups--Please note we are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 14 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.
This Gulf Shores beach home has two levels with a ground floor entry and offers outside enjoyment from a very spacious main level deck. The second level also has an outside deck that is covered. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the common areas of this home with carpet in bedrooms.
The main level of Lagniappe II features a Gulf-front living area that spans the width of the home, a dining area, and a large fully equipped galley kitchen with a tiled bar for additional seating. There is also a laundry facility and half bath located on the main level. The bedroom on this level is located on the northwest side of the home and has a king bed with a private full bath.
The second level of Lagniappe II features a common sitting area with access to the outside deck; there are four bedrooms as well as two full baths. Both Gulf-front bedrooms each have a king bed while one north side bedroom has two queens and the other has two double beds. The northwest and southwest bedrooms share a common bath and the northeast and southeast bedrooms share a common bath. Lagniappe II is a non-smoking home.
Note: Lagniappe II requires a seven-night minimum stay from Memorial Day to mid-August and rents only Saturday to Saturday during this time.

Our parents have had this Gulf-front property for 40 years. As their family grew, our parents realized so should their beach house. In 1999 they built this home to accommodate the whole family. They would often talk about the happiness they experienced while watching their children, and then their grandchildren, learn to love and appreciate the beach house. This joy was never lost on them. This stand-alone property with its gorgeous Gulf-front view has much to offer for the whole family. What is so spectacular about this property is its beach access. Just a few steps off the back deck and you are on the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee on either the front deck, the den couch or the ground level hanging swings -- all with the same amazing Gulf view. As a family, our favorite thing to do is to walk on the beach at sunset. Lagniappe II is the perfect spot for pure relaxation and fun!
