Located in Oshkosh, this house is a dream. Easy access to Hwy 41. Blocks from Fox River and Lake Winnebago. EAA is minutes away. Enjoy fishing on the Fox River or boating on Lake Winnebago. Nearby walking/bike path that goes for miles. Bring your bikes. Enjoy a short walk to the Paine Art Center. Door County is a popular destination. Take an early drive for the day and be back before sunset. If your a Green Bay Packer's fan, enjoy Lambeau Field 50 minutes away. Tour the museum, sports shop and outdoor activities it has to offer.
My house has 4 bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Heating and AC ensure a pleasant temperature year-round. WiFi is available for staying connected.
Owner recently retired with one small dog as companion.

I recently retired from the Mortgage field after 30 years. I enjoy gardening, fishing and taking long walks. Oshkosh has been my home for the past 5 years. The people and the community take care of each other. Before moving to Oshkosh, I resided in Texas and Oklahoma. I was a government contractor stationed in Iraq from 2005-2007.

Why they chose this property

My house is in a nice neighborhood on a dead-end street. There's a park across my road with easy access to bike trails or walking trails. A few blocks down the road are a park with boat ramps, bathrooms and places to grill. Many piers to fish. Many restaurants, minutes away. I have a charcoal grill. Enjoy a fire in my fire pit. X-Roads 41 will be live August 6-8- Zac Brown Band, Lainey Wilson, Jason Aldean are the headliners.
