Beautiful beach house located on the Intracoastal Waterway with Canal Access!

A little slice of heaven! This beautiful home is seated on an extra-large lot on the Intracoastal Waterway with canal access. Featuring four bedrooms and two baths, all on one level, this home comfortably sleeps 10. Recently renovated and updated, this house has it all!

Amenities include a canal side boat dock, a brand new pier with a covered area, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, ceiling fans throughout, TVs in each bedroom (with streaming capability), DVD player, Fiber Wi-Fi. The knotty wood pine walls in the living area give this house a rustic, cozy look, while the wall of windows provides an uninterrupted view of the Intracoastal. It also features a covered porch leading out to a large outdoor porch with hi-top adirondack chairs to admire the waterway view! You'll capture some amazing sunsets while watching all the boats pass by.

This property has keyless entry. Property Manager will send code thirty minutes prior to your 4pm check in time on the day of your arrival.

Property Notes and Rules:
Weekly rental only in peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day). Property has pillows, bedspreads, and blankets. Towels, Bed Sheets, paper and soap products are not provided. NO PETS AND NON-SMOKING. IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT NON-ALLOWED PETS WERE PRESENT OR THAT CIGARETTES/CIGARS/VAPING PRODUCTS WERE PRESENT INSIDE THE HOUSE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250.00 ENHANCED CLEANING FEE.

Our first full family vacation in 9 years (and our first ever with our 4 year old twin grand children!) was amazing thanks to this wonderful place at Ocean Isle! It could not have been better! In addition, the neighbors were super nice and genuine people that we enjoyed meeting very much. Five stars doesn’t adequately rate our vacation! Thank you to the hosts for providing a first class home!

House had a musky/moldy smell. It needs a major update. Freezer door was broken and had black mold inside the freezer. Parking is an inconvenient.

The host was very nice and responsive. The location is amazing. It has the best sunsets and you’re able to see boats and dolphins go by. There’s great fishing off the dock. The house is cozy. The downstairs area is very nice to hang out. The only things I would say were negative was there were tree trimmers that came unexpectedly that made it somewhat inconvenient which I don’t feel is any fault of the owner. The house did have dog hair everywhere but we have four dogs so it didn’t bother us much. We would absolutely stay again. I would recommend it highly. I would say to be cautious if you have young toddlers because there is only a large rope that stops someone from falling into the waterway.
