Welcome to The Little River Escape, a newly built (2024) modern home perfectly positioned for your coastal getaway. Just minutes from Cherry Grove Beach, Calabash seafood restaurants, the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex, and the Big "M" Casino Boat.

The Home - 1,838 sq ft of clean, contemporary living space sleeps 8 comfortably. One bedroom on the main floor, three upstairs with a king, two queens, a double, and a sofa bed. Three full bathrooms mean no morning traffic jams.
The Fun - Beat the family on the classic arcade game, cool off in the community pool (seasonal), and enjoy easy smart lock self check-in.
The Location - Waterfront dining, shopping, and the beach are all within minutes. Whether it's a family vacation, friend getaway, or sports tournament trip, this home checks every box.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place bed linens (not including mattress covers and comforters) in the loft and bath linens in the owner's bathroom upstairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No eating or drinking in the living room, loft and the bedrooms.
No street parking per HOA rules. There is limited overflow parking available in the community. Their is parking for two cars in the driveway.

Home away from Home

We stayed for a softball tournament and it was the perfect location. There was a short drive to the fields and food. The home was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. If I am in the area I will definitely book this home again.

Great value close to the beach

Exactly as advertised. Very clean, new, and comfortable accommodations in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family or group. Only about a 10 to 15 minute drive to N. Myrtle Beach. We will certainly be back.
