I know it was out of our control but we were supposed to get in a 3 pm cleaning was not done til after 8pm we were refunded 150 but that doesn’t even compare to what we spent to entertain our family of 7 for over 5 hours it was not a great experience and I know she tried to be helpful but I’m being honest!

Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize again for the unexpected delay at check-in. While the delay was approximately three hours due to a cleaning issue, I completely understand how frustrating that must have been after traveling with your family. This was an isolated situation that has never occurred before, and additional safeguards have been implemented to ensure it does not happen again. In an effort to make things right, a substantial refund was provided, nearly covering the full cost of the stay, and I also offered to cover activities during the wait. I truly regret that the experience still fell short and wish you and your family the very best.

Last Hurrah

This was likely yo be that last time we go on vacation with almost all our kids. I misread the listing (I was looking for a multi-room stay) and booked and only noticed the mistake after i paid. That being said when we got here it was amazing!
