Explore Cheeseman Park, City Park, the Botanical Gardens, Museums and Restaurants or drive to close by mountain towns and experience diverse wilderness and history in Colorado!

Our property has an outdoor extra parking spot for you, AC and heating, a kitchenette, and laundry by request. Our house is close to many restaurants, cafes, parks and grocery stores.

Please note:

Kitchenette: NO STOVE OR SINK: please note that we have filtered hot and cold water, a small fridge, coffee, and a microwave, but we don’t have a stove or sink in this kitchenette

Animal Alert: Reba, our sweet dog, lives here and sometimes hangs out in the yard! She loves to bark and will greet you sweetly if you let her.

Cozy and close to everything!

Great location, easy access to our car. It was very quiet, clean, and the shower is fabulous. I enjoyed the neighborhood.

Excellent location in Denver. Short walk to the Botanical Park and Cheesman Park. The apartment was very safe, cozy and quiet. It was beautifully decorated and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Book here and you won’t be disappointed!

I moved to this neighborhood in 2022 and haven’t been able to leave. The mix of historic old houses and walkable parks and restaurants has charmed me.

What makes this property unique

The basement unit is cozy and calm, it’s a reprieve from city noises and pace. It opens to our backyard which is booming with native plants in the spring and summer.
