Nice neighborhood, property clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, and even though it was street partying we didn't have any issues getting a spot. Would definately stay again.

Host was very welcomed and responded quickly. Perfect location and place had everything needed to accommodate our stay. Very clean and super cozy. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Perfect location and close to everything downtown.

Exactly as listed. Clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed, and then some. Great location near the variety of businesses on Colfax. Didn’t really need to bother the host but was easy to reach if I needed. Would stay again!

Great apartment less than 1.5 miles from Nat’’l Jewish Health hospital. It was clean with full kitchen and everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. “We would definitely stay here again. Very private lower level apartment.

The basement apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, and noisy at night. Great location!

Justin’s property was just as depicted in the pictures! It was clean, had basic kitchen and bath amenities, and felt very safe. Justin was very responsive when we experienced a minor issue. I would definitely recommend Justin’s apartment!
