Foi boa,os colchões precisam ser trocados, ficamos com nojo de deitar neles mesmo eu levando roupas de cama, ventilador super barulhento. Não voltaremos e não indico.

Olha preciso ser sincero,o anfitrião Renato sempre esteve a disposição toda vez que precisei resolver algum problema ele sempre se dispois a resolver.A kit Net é super perto da praia,tem comércio perto.Mais a kit Net é super simples, mais como passei somente uma noite não me incomodei tanto.E somos simples não tive problema, mais para o Renato são coisas muito simples de resolver Exemplo o chuveiro estava bem velhinho,e não estava gelando, aí trocaram a resistência,o certo era trocar o chuveiro. Uma pintura nova, não tinha wi-fi!O fogão e a geladeira passou da hora de trocar não tinha microondas, então as vezes são coisas que dá pra resolver faço aqui críticas construtivas para o próprio proprietário ganhar muito mais dinheiro para que tenha muito mais avaliação positiva do que negativa, mais do jeito que se encontra a kit Net, muito difícil de ter avaliação positiva e com isso muitas pessoas deixam de alugar.

Lugar muito bom, no caso de subir escadas precisa ser bom de pernas kkk . A questão da garagem é garagem rotativa, fora isso tudo de boa a equipe de manobristas foram tudo gente boa, resposta rápida do proprietário anfitrião caso entre em contato, fomos muito bem atendidos, só o inconveniente da vaga de garagem mesmo que tivemos que aguardar a vaga ...

Simples , porém aconchegante, pertinho de tudo inclusive da praia , que foi nosso ponto alto . Lugar calmo , tranquilo , perto de tudo , saímos a noite e foi tudo maravilhoso . Sempre que puder , voltarei a alugar 😉. Nossa viagem foi muito gostosa , o pessoal da portaria são muito gentis e prestativos, seu Renato ( dono ) , foi muito legal , deu tudo certo . Só agradecer.

o imovel muito pequeno pouca ventilação e de fundos o predio em obra vagas apertadas na garagem escadas estreitas para subir o proprietario um amor super atencioso mas , infelizmente a acomodação não correspondeu a expectativa
