Imóvel bem localizado na frente da praia, perto do centro de Mongaguá, feirinha e comércios. Apartamento com todo conforto que buscamos quando se pensa em descanso. apartamento lindo e com ótima localização

Adoramos o apartamento, tudo novo e muito limpo e com uma localização muito boa, pertinho do centro e de frente ao mar. Também tem disponível várias cadeiras de praia e um guarda-sol, o que foi muito útil. Só ficamos um pouco decepcionado com uma coisa: apesar do condomínio ser na rua da praia, ele tem dois prédios e o prédio em que fica o apartamento é o de trás, então não dá muita visão do mar da sacada. Isso não afetou em nada a estadia, mas ficamos um pouco desapontados, pois pelo anúncio e pelas fotos acreditamos que havia vista para o mar.

Ficamos felizes em receber a Lilian e seus convidados em nosso apartamento. Pessoa comunicativa, muito zelosa e que respeitou todas as regras do condomínio. Agradeço a dica com relação a vista para o mar. Acreditei que as fotos da sacada, com vista para o mar, já mostravam que o apartamento ficava no bloco II. Mas sempre informamos que o prédio fica em frente ao mar e não o apartamento. Vamos tentar mudar as fotos para que isso fique mais claro. Obrigada! voltem sempre!

Apartamento bem localizado pé na areia, frente da praia e bem localizado, próximo de tudo, Condomínio limpo, organizado e funcionários atenciosos, educados. Passamos dias agradáveis neste apartamento super aconchegante, Proporcionando bem estar e conforto, cozinha com todos utensílio, sala bem arejada e aconchegante com TV e Internet, quarto e suite com ar condicionado super 10 !
