We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The unit was new and in perfect condition. The location immediately adjacent to the trail and only two blocks to Main Street was perfect. Lisa seemed to be always available to answer any questions we had. And when we accidently left an item in the unit when we checked out, Lisa went above and beyond to make sure the item was promptly forwarded to us. Can't wait to stay here again!

Property is just as advertised! Super clean and modern. Had everything we needed! Lisa is fantastic! Great communication before and during our stay. She made everything so easy. Thoughtful touches made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Great communication with Lisa throughout our stay and easy check in/out. Location was amazing, right next to the bike trail and just a few minutes walk to downtown Dunedin. Safe area and a block away from bike rental shop. Loved having a garage to store bikes/car. Inside unit was modern and clean. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs and the best part was having our own washer/dryer. Bed was so comfortable and huge closets with shelving. Quiet area, slept well. We’d love to stay again next year.

We were impressed by how beautiful, modern, and new the unit was. We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning. The location is excellent with the Pinellas Trail passing (literally) next door and the shops and restaurants of downtown Dunedin being 1-2 blocks away and the waterfront 3-4 blocks away. The washer and dryer in the unit was a lifesaver and allowed us to pack lighter carry-ons. Although the unit doesn't have a full kitchen (i.e., basically a wet bar with sink, mini fridge, kitchenware, etc.) we were having quick breakfasts in and lunch and dinner out so it was perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Dunedin!

Downtown Gem #1 Review 5/23/2025

This was our first experience with VRBO (or any vacation rental service) and it was outstanding. The townhome was exactly as described and it was every bit as lovely as shown in the pictures. Our host was wonderful! She was easily reachable, friendly and considerate. The space was full of her personal touches, many of which were specific to her knowledge of us (and our pet). We will definitely stay in this location again and we will definitely refer our family to this property.
