About this property

2-bedroom condo @ Lakes CC with lake view + fitness room &, racquet sports.

Beautiful 2 bedroom house, with a lake view with fountain and many birds to watch. Mountain views and beautiful sunsets. Located in the Lakes CC with all of the amenity that has to offer. You become a registered guest with the community and can purchase single use of monthly passes for the new beautiful fitness center, and racquet facilities.

This Condo is part of the Lake Country club. You can find descriptions and photos of all of the amenities on their website: https://www.thelakescc.com.

Tenants will have to sign a tenant agreement with the Lakes when you arrive. You will get your own membership number for the club (credit card on file for charges) and you can get a vehicle transponder for the security gates (with deposit). You can purchase day or month use passes for the beautiful fitness center and tennis/pickleball facilities.
