WE DO NOT RENT FOR YOUTH GROUP AND BIRTHDAY PARTIES.
 3 SUITES WITH AIR CONDITIONING, PRIVATE POOL, BBQ, wood burning stove, balcony, balcony, located in very quiet area, in the Morada da Praia Condominium, in Boraceia.
Large area with beautiful lawn and garden in front of the house; with private and exclusive pool.
Living room with tv (clear tv) and open kitchen.
3 internal toilets, 1 external and shower in the pool area;
SUITE 1: Superior: has a wc– 1 double bed, air conditioning, window screen and ceiling fan.
SUITE 2: Superior: has toilet, 2 single box beds, air conditioning, window screen and ceiling fan.
BEDROOM 3: Ground floor: 1 double and 3 single beds, air conditioning, additional mattresses, window screen.
